In a way I miss those years. Things seemed simpler.

Much simpler. Now I have to be all responsible and pay bills and stuff. Screw it! Off to Neverland I go!

  2. Hello there! I'm a longtime professional composer and musician. I'm here to show off my work. I'll be updating this thread from time to time. I was inspired to start making music since I was very young, from playing games like Super Mario Bros 3. The catchy, tinny music captivated my ears and my imagination. Some of my biggest musical influences Include Koji Kondo, Jun Ishikawa, Aivi Tran, Stevie Wonder, Earth Wind and Fire, Loreena McKennitt, John Williams, Joel Chernoff, and many others. The biggest single thing to influence my works are music from early Kirby games (Characterized by their heavy usage of rhythmic arpeggios in their music). If you have any questions, please ask away. Some frequently asked questions: Here is my portfolio preview. Please enjoy! I'll be adding to this thread periodically with some old favorites and some new uploads.

    WORKLOAD FULL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE~
  4. Hey guys! Since this is not about any games, I figured this would be the best place to put this. For those of you in the voiceover world, I've got an opportunity for you! This is an unpaid opportunity, but I thought I'd share it. I've created an audio drama based off a certain game concept which (for those of you who know what I'm talking about) shall remain nameless.. Some things to note: Excellent audio quality. No laptop mics/headsets/phone mics. Auditions with those will be automatically rejected. NOTE: Please do not post demos/auditions in this thread! Deadline* is May 8th 2017. Thanks for your time and best of luck! *Deadline may be extended. Page will update if it does.
  5. That's Amy's office. See? There's Spike on her desk right there!!!
  6. IIAW might turn into something pretty grand, very soon, I think...
  7. You've got a lot of learning ahead of you, man.
  8. Yes, really. That's just how it is. Telling someone that it's their fault they got cheated in the past and now have a problem trusting people is completely immature and unacceptable and something I'd expect a child to say. Whatever happened to being a gentleman? Whatever happened to Chivalry?
  9. You don't need to defend your character if you're true and honest. In time, it will defend itself (people will make themselves look stupid and/or ruin themselves at their own hands.)
  10. Sounds to me like a bunch of overly-sensitive teenagers who can't stand to be wrong. They need to suck it up and grow up; take it like it is, a correction. And not act like their whole world was shattered because HEAVEN FORBID someone pierced their little bubble and CORRECTED them! HOWEVER: YOU need to let it go if someone insists that they're right (even if they're not). You were not wrong in trying to help your friend, but pushing why you thought you were right on your friends, no matter how stupid they might have looked, made you dead wrong. JUST AS MUCH AS THEY. If someone doesn't want your help, then it's better to let them be stupid.
  11. @Zoekmath thank you for your opinion. @Kotori he's my flagship character (Done in an MV-Style, thanks to Rooooodworks ), modeled after me and his backstory reflects bits and pieces of my real life growing up. I suppose I have a strong connection to him, plus he looks like me. We both have long black hair!
  12. Bwahahaha.
  13. Take care, Jackus, and do what is good for you. No hobby should ever be stressful or cause any amount of heartache. If it does, time to find a new hobby altogether. Be strong and know that you have grown quite a bit.
  14. I'd like to have music commission from me withdrawn from the prize pool, please. I simply do not have the time right now, and, unless the recipient would be okay with waiting months, I simply cannot do it. Sorry about that. :/
