  3. Yes, there will be puzzles! :3
  4. From the album Eddsworld Fangame

"???" is a character who is in because of a small, localized name draw I did. Her name is Jai and she's part of the Red Army. The map used in this image is part of the Slime Girl Creation Facility.
  5. Me: I'm dizzy.

Me: -hasn't eaten in two days-

Me: I just don't know why.

  7. I'm glad you like them, Zanta! ^-^
  8. I was going to answer everybody's comments individually, but after reading all of this, I'll give an explanation on the origins of the slime girls in the game. To put it in simple terms, the slime girls are each based off different types of slime (just go on YouTube, too much to explain in a comment). Each slime has different properties and such that make it different from other slimes and, as such, those properties carried over to the slime girls (and exaggerated, to a certain degree) - including a weakness to water (water is how you get slime off stuff and a good way to dissolve it, if you run it under a warm tap). Since the game runs on cartoon physics, we'll go with an explanation of "SCIENCE!" for how large batches of slime became sentient beings without going into much detail (but hey, evil geniuses have that kinda power in the cartoon world, so...). As for the binding, I would not know how to go about that kind of dynamic thing (unless the scripts I put in there can do that and I need to just look at them already). Also! @Kayzee you can build your own slime girls to help you in battle! (Same with robots. :3)

The song or the Olive Garden ad? :P

      Queen? Me like!

    2. Kayzee

I find that song really bittersweet actually, at least in retrospect. Like it gives the impression Freddy is sort of begging and knows what will happen to him. Like he is saying "No, I don't want to die yet! I like my life! Not now, let me survive longer!" or something. I guess the song was made before he got sick but still.

  9. Friend of yours?

I had just gotten braces when my allergies were bad. So add a very sore mouth to the above.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjPKlNbJlVA - Mystery abounds in this children's playland, where, even after hours, games are being played. Something dark happened here and you're the leading protagonist in this twisted puppet show.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LDaEF10oRTc - Sounds like lost innocence and darkness. What caused the innocence to fade? A voice from the music quietly beckons you closer, promising answers in exchange for your help... But will you learn what you need, or will the voice tell you only what he needs you to know?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qw1dDRiWvLU - What might hide in the shadows that dance just outside of the edge of you vision? Why not find out? Just be careful - the marionette is calling the shots, but there's someone far deadlier trying to pull the strings.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Dt5kgCtfSw - Something sinister lurks in the shadows. The only way to find out what it is, is to investigate. Why not spend the night and discover the dark secrets the children's play-land holds?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FosDCk73_LI - Is that the shadow of something down the end of the hall, just out of the flashlight's range? Dare you peer closer? Dare you allow yourself to wonder what it might be? It might be safer to let it be, but something about it itches at the back of your mind.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgzrtrgQGZc - Voices from the shadows beckon you to come closer, to discover the dark secrets hidden behind closed doors. The whispers echo softly in your head, piquing your curiosity... And the interest of someone dangerous.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgUazC24rfE - "Where fantasy and fun come to life." The slogan echoes through your mind as you realize, one unnaturally cold night, that the children never left, that day - they're still here. It occurs to you that maybe you're not the one watching. Perhaps, instead, they are watching you.

None of them jump out as particularly scary to me, but the second to last one sounds the best and does the job, I think.

    2. Kayzee

I like the second and the last one the bet my self. Still not particularly 'scary', but what can ya do? Except maybe play with rendering some of those tunes in the Bohlen-Pierce scale or something.

I'd say Forbidden Lullaby. It has a more melancholy feel to it. Melancholia would be my 2nd choice. All the others one range from just creepy to whimsical and even a bit upbeat. I was listening to some death meta earlier, but nothing jumped out for this. Even if they start slow, they're usually faster tempo for the most of the song.

Of course you could always do a little editing to slow it down a little, and take some of the bass out.

  11. Okay, quick question. In the first Nightwatch Nightmares game, would you like the ability to drop by during the day and play arcade games to win tokens and tickets to get items to help you during the nights? (I.E - Balls you can throw to trip something chasing you, music boxes and noise-making toys you can use as distractions, etc.)
I like the idea, but I'm not sure if I should actually go through with it or not. Let me know what you guys think!
    1. Rezanta

Eh, all depends. Are you going to allow experimentation on what works and what doesn't?

  12. I always use something else as a base to get it centred right. :3
