This script adds "auto state" effect to a variety of objects.
Auto states are activated at the beginning of the battle automatically.

Required: Effect Manager (latest version with passive effects)
Tag actors, classes, skills, weapons, enemies, and states with
<eff: auto_state s1 s2 s3 ... >Where s is the state ID to apply.
