Animation Pack Suggestions.

I am still working towards a commercial Animation Pack for skills, spells, etc... I am curious as to what sorts of animations you all would like to see included. I make no promises that they will be added but I would like to know what you all would be interested in having available to you.

 

~A couple of things to keep in mind~

 

01: Please do not post a suggestion unless it is something that is clearly possible in Ace. i.e... 3D animations, etc... Keep it realistic and helpful.

 

02: Please be somewhat detailed. Simply saying "A fire blast" is rather broad, so a little more info would be appreciated.

Something similar to bahamut's mega flare from Final Fantasy (X is ideal) or goku's kamehameha~ Where in the caster gathers energy to form a ball in front of them, then that ball bursts into a straight huge laser beam like wave against enemies ^~^ *suggestion submitted*

maybe you can make some "Aura Cloak" animations. basically have elemental cloaks of aura that surrounds

the player for however long its intended too. like how the Raikage from naruto do with his lightning style

cloak armor. you can make one for fire,lightning,wind,earth ect. that would be amazing actually. it either boost the element used or gives resistance to it. ^^

 

and another suggestion, Katori reminded me of, a skill from kingdom hearts Birth by Sleep something like the shot lock command where mini targets pop up on the surrounding enemies and then it unleashes a barrage of projectiles at them in form of whatever like bubbles,missiles,bullets,energy beams ect. that would also be nice. i can honestly keep listing things but ill leave it at these two for now XD

The aura's are a good idea but keep in mind that the aura's would only be visible if you used a script to allow constant state animations. I know one exists, I just can't remember who made it...

 

I could possibly make the mini targets. I would need to find an example of the attack in Kingdom Hearts but it is at least possible.

Upon looking at the Shot Lock in a video, it would certainly be possible. I can already create a targeting animation, so I could apply that to it.

Are you going to make any animations that are specific to use on the map? I have an ABS game an animations that work well in that environment are lacking. I will think of some to request and maybe that will happen.

I'm not sure at the moment. I may make a separate pack for it. What kinds of animations were you looking for?

Basic magic would be great i.e. lightning, fire, that sort. I like the default but it does not look right with an ABS. Teleport animation, energy ball traveling up, then one for down, etc.

I'll probably go ahead with my original plan of making the standard pack and I'll try to include some of the effects that you want. If there aren't many that will work, we'll go from there.
