The second one

Today i made good progress with the quick opening cut-scene. Well i should, i'm working for about a week on it. As it seems i will need a couple of days (maybe three) till it's ready.
Oddly, i encountered a new obstacle in my way and the name of it is LAG. I didn't thought to come across that problem so early on, plus i don't really understand why the game lagged. There aren't many characters on screen. I don't have a NASA-PC, but it's powerfull enough to be able to handle that much processing. After all i've played some power-hungry games on that machine without a problem. Anyway, the problem seems to have been caused by an additional sound effect i added for something. I make use of BGS, ME and SE for the particular scene and i wanted to add an BGM as well. Guess what. Not going to happen. At least not that way.
I searched the web and added Theo's Anti-Lag script but i had no success at that either. By counting the fps of the scene it seems that this script doesn't cover the problem i'm facing. So.. i need to solve this problem by other means. What i CAN do, is (and that will be a little painful, regarding time) to take all the background music plus all the sound effects needed for the scene and mix them together as one track. That will work for sure, but it will take me a day back, as i will need to be very precise with this else nothing will be synchronized.
I will take the time needed, no question about that... and that's all!
