DM realm Of chaos

What is the scale of this map I wonder? Honestly it looks like more of a largeish group of islands then a whole planet. If it is a whole planet, I wonder how it formed into this shape? But this is a common problem with RPG world maps.

I agree. It's like a Pangea that just recently broke apart. If it is an entire planet, go with that

I wish I knew more about plate tectonics and could figure out the most logical way for landmasses to form. Still, those coastlines seem pretty nice!

Thanks! well, in this rendering, it is not clear to see the crater circle that sits top-middle: used that idea to 'split' apart the lands - but turned out to be quite sublte when rendered it. Still, the continents were fun.

It is meant to be a world map, but does have a problem with scale: I think its becasue you have no sense of climate on this map.

So, let's just call it 'Map of the Known World' - and think of it as a Europe-sized continent.
