Lately I have been feeling kind of like there is something unstable as I lay in bed, like the earth is shaking under it just ever so slightly, or maybe like my bed is drifting away. Weird.

See, time is a tricky bastard. It's not really anything. Eggheads quantify it as a marriage of motion and the space being moved through. But isn't it essentially just the fact that things exist, and change. Moving around, interacting, reacting.
Time becomes evident through motion, and can be observed through motion, but the times when it graduates from a human construct to a physical property (variations in gravity fields affecting the passing of time), it can possibly be quantified as the effects of a gravity field on the space around it, nothing to do with what we have invented and dubbed "time" which is all relative, because to be out of sync with the Earth's timeline and gravity, you wouldn't feel the difference even the slightest, unless you had celestial bodies/orbits to observe and compare to Earth's 24 hour cycle, which again, is just that, not actual "time" (because time might not actually exist
).

Well whatever time is, I think we can both agree it's probably not a cube.
