The problem technically isn't new. Law enforcement & big business are both guilty of abusing their authority & power. Youtube is run by Google, which has caused numerous problems with their users, like Google requiring Youtube users to have a Google+ account whether they want to or not. That's the problem with being a monopoly, no competition means no matter how much a company abuses & mistreats their users/customers, they always come back because there's no one else to go to.

Walmart, Comcast, PG&E (California Utility company with a monopoly on power distribution across the state) & many others are guilty of this. The problem with this kind of corruption is that it's being OKed by the government, which controls the law, so they can legally get away with it.

Only a revolt by the people can make a change in these policies. Youtube might straighten it's act up if everyone decided to abandon Youtube for a more fair video uploading site, but there needs to be one first. Unfortunately, the other various video sites like Vimeo & Daily Motion aren't popular enough for everyone to flock to.

The real problem is that parents are selfish, lazy and/or arrogant. Take my parents for example. My dad was a sadistic psychopath. On top of backhanding me to the point of giving me a black-eye or knocking-out my teeth, he would also try to hang me upside down from the ceiling by a chain or swing me around the room by my feet. He also went 'full psycho' once when I was 7 & pulled out a hunting knife & threatened to cut off my toes (he was acting in order to scare me which worked perfectly).

As if putting up with all that for 10 years wasn't bad enough, my mom was a drug addict & a gold-digger, always relying on her boyfriends to support her instead of earning her own money to pay the bills. When I finally had a mental breakdown in front of my high school counselor, CPS was called & I moved in with my mom. About a week after moving in with her, she tells me that when she told my dad she was pregnant with me, his reaction was taking a 4x4 (basically a fence post) & threw it at her stomach in order to have a miscarriage.

In my eyes, both my parents are complete failures, not only as parents but as human beings. Anyone who has 'authority' over another person tends to abuse that authority, especially parents. This is why I can't stand anyone who tries to wield authority over another person. Seriously, what gives anyone the right to boss someone around when they can just abuse that authority & ruin that person's life.

There's most definitely a group of elite bastards controlling the world & guiding it down the wrong path. The Illuminati, The Rothchilds, The Bilderberg group, The New World Order, The Industrial Military Complex, etc. The Illuminati have corrupted the movie & music industry in order to control the masses because everybody is such a mindless sheep that sits in front of their TVs like mindless zombies believing what mainstream media (read: propaganda machine) tells them. Then there's 'Predictive Programming'. Where they show you a concept in a movie or popular show (Family Guy) sometime before it happens. In fact, it better if I just provide links to such references.

The 'One Night' series is a pretty good example of how to do it right.

This sort of thing is hard to implement in VX Ace because of lack of proper battle event conditions, not to mention the enemy move set up is primative as hell & is hard to make it 'smart' by checking for different things.

If you're looking for a PC controller than an XBOX 360 or PS3 controller is perfect. The one I use now happens to be a Street Fighter 4 edition XBOX 360 controller. While it doesn't have any analog sticks it gets the job done when it comes to playing emulated NES & SNES games as well as fan-made games & works well with SMBX & RPG Maker games. However, if it's a reliable D-Pad you want, you're better off with a PS3 controller. Cross shaped D-Pads are the way to go. Nintendo had a patent on them before but it's expired now so any company can use the cross D-Pad instead of a fake ass D-Pad which is really just a analog stick with a d-pad design on it.

I wouldn't worry about too much. We all go through a type of socially akward phase when interacting with other people. It's actually perfectly normal. Sure, people will get annoyed if you harass them, but there are others who actually like getting that much attention, it varys based on the individual. What's important is to look back on our past mistakes & learn from them so we can better ourselves, though there are plenty of people who really don't care & continue to maintain the same bad habits regardless of the consequences.

By addressing this the way you did shows that you're finally starting to see the impact of your actions & your conscience is telling you that it isn't right. So this is actually a good step in the right direction, so don't dismiss it as a attention grabbing act of pity or anything.

I too had a bad habit of getting upset or impatient when I created topics & was expecting people to jump at my every call for help. I even got scolded quite a few times by Galv for acting entitled to help & even seemed unappreciative when people tried to help. I look back at that behavior & realized if I kept acting that way, no one would want to help me.

Anyway what matters is that you aknowledged it & you want to change for the better. That's what counts.

I'd be more concerned about having all the needed sprites for all the monsters in the game. I've played too many games where they use a generic white cloud-like sprites for their enemies. Maybe that new sprite & bust generator will help provide sprites for default enemies.
