Plagiarism- Do not post and or claim another persons resources as your own, doing so will result in the guilty person being banned. If you've made a few edits and or using a template then state who the creator was. Content- Do not start requesting in a topic that isn't offering to take requests. Constructive criticism only, that doesn't mean to say that you have to say only good things though but if you're pointing out a problem the explain what it is and how it can be improved/altered.
