If you own the vocaloid software, and make you're own tracks,yes. tbh you'd be safer if you wanna go commercial with a game I'd highly suggest getting a custom soundtrack, obviously I am slightly biased being a musician. but it really does show off how much faith you have in your game if you spend abit of money to make some money. If you really are set on not spending any money then keep an eye out on the various forums, I have a selection of commercial free tracks that you can use, and I know other musicians around the RM Scene allow you to use their stuff in commercial free projects, and also some of them have DIRT cheap prices! Also (if you are using RPG Maker which as your on an RM site I assume you are) you have all the various resources packs that are available via RMW's main site. You can find a TON of commercially available tracks that you can use as an alternative to trying to use covers of other songs. To be perfectly honest with you, you ain't gonna get much luck using "covers" of commercial songs, you're gonna tick a ton of people off. People want somewhat original content. so have a look here and (if you want my music for stupidly cheap here. Also outsourcing you can find something good here

It depends on the terms of the soundfonts, sometimes you can sometimes you cannot it depends on what "samples" were used. To be honest with you I wouldn't risk it, as they look like they are from commercial games, which would mean a big no-no. They tell you to contact an attorney. So that's what you should do to make sure. Personally I wouldn't risk it. There are various programs and software that have similar samples, for example for chiptune sounds you can use plogue chipsounds. If you're not one for spending much money then you can use this. There are various other alternatives. But the ones I listed above are ones I use.

@Carf I love Pixel me Square...I just pure love it! I don't get why I have such difficulty with making 8bit tracks feel complete and whole, they always feel like there is something missing! You don't have this problem at all...they all sound beautiful! . Might I ask what VST's you use? So I have a new WIP demo I'd really like as much feedback on as possible, if I get enough feedback on it to help shape it I will release it for free (doesn't even have to be positive, i'd much prefer constructive feedback)

If your game has a demo, it needs to be posted in the submissions forum, which needs screenshots, simply take some screenshots from your demo using a script or the print screen button and then post your thread with all the details needed so that it can be posted in Game Submissions.
