Just made a custom, fully animated ocean shore with animated parallax maps. I take back my misgivings. All hail the power of parallax.

Parallax mapping is simultaneously a big downer that prevents me from progressing on my game...and also the reason I love creating it. But it's too late to switch now. Back into the ocean!

I've been absent for a short while due to my grandmother passing away; I'm back now, sort of. I can be and will become more active once the schoolwork I've also let slip gets caught up.

Sigh...I'm in a puzzle drought. Where the only thing stopping me from progressing is my inability to think up more adventure puzzles. Nnnng.

How about a large scale dungeon, separated into 4 distinct quadrents (Such as one being overgrown with lush flora, while another being rugged and rocky, with crevasse and stalagmites. In each of these sections, there is an odd keystone of a different color, and in the center of the 4 sections, there is a doorway that can be opened by placing the keystones in a certain order, which is hinted at by hidden messages that can be found in the respective section.

I've been trying out kleki.com for kicks, and you can create some pretty nifty artwork with it. A nice, free, browser painting program.

Just a few events and some hours of playtesting/debugging until it's demo time for Inwards. Kinda hoping to have a video trailer, too but...eh. Not sure how to psych people for a heart-fuzzy horror. Yay...adorable death...?

I'm on the fence about joining coalitions like that, though I'm sure it'll be awesome. If the game can't speak for itself and very people give it a chance (seems horror is not a broadly love genre), I just may do that. Also, ty to Spook and Harmp. I'm confident people're gonna love this.
