Okay, I fixed it myself. I somehow screwed up and there was an invisible actor trailing the main one and when I removed it, this resolved. Don't ask me how it happened, because I'm clueless too.

rmvx Manifest - A complete 30 hour RPG, 4 years in the making
Nesu replied to sbethune81's topic in Completed Games
I'm trying to get this game into some different languages, (all I can do is Japanese and Korean) so I'm just asking if it's okay with sbethune to do a translation of this game. -
How to make certain monsters appear in certain areas?
Nesu replied to Nesu's topic in Editor Support and Discussion
Yeah, the problem is... I really can't understand how to use Region IDs at all  The most basic use of it is, for example, if you have a World Map, you can set a particular area to Region 1, and wherever you have Region 1 setup, the Encounters that are enabled on Region 1 (you have to go into your Map Properties and set Encounters to Region 1)will play. You can do the same thing with Region 2 to have more difficult monsters on the World Map as you advance through various stages. I've actually never worked with Region IDs before, so my knowledge about it is also very limited. That's what I don't understand. I don't know how to set a place to have a Region ID. -

Got it, it works great now. But now, how do you make it so that when it touches you, it's a game over? EDIT: And play music while it's chasing you? Set the trigger on event contact then in the event command list put game over. Got that working well, thanks to both of you!

Doesn't work. They'll just follow me SUPER slowly, no matter what I set the frequency or speed to...

Changing formation just before a battle?
Nesu replied to Nesu's topic in Editor Support and Discussion
I meant go straight to the formation change window. Not just open the menu. -
Changing formation just before a battle?
Nesu replied to Nesu's topic in Editor Support and Discussion
Yeah. I was just referring to it as the menu command calls it by default. -

No, I meant before boss fights and stuff. Not just any random battle. -
passive lion [RMVXA] Tankentai v.100 Update Fully Functioning English Version (Installation Instructions)
Nesu replied to The Passive Lion's topic in Developing Tools
EDIT: Old error fixed. Just had to set a battle background... But then another oddity  Whenever I used a custom magic attack, it will appear as a physical attack. Okay, what now? Screenshot of the skill page: (Note: My friend translated the v099 animations file. That's why it's English.) -
Pewdiepie Amnesia Adventures (2-D Action/Horror Game)

Lol You killed Wrecker with one hit? Seriously? It took me like four tries to kill him... he's not meant to be that easy, lol! And that's strange, if it's not critical, Wrecker has 2000 Hp. It's weird, because when I replayed the game to get all of the endings, I couldn't kill Wrecker in one hit... odd. I'm sure it was a bug. -
...And I once again feel stupid. I didn't have my computer's locale set to Korean Oh well. Thanks anyway, Sergeant!
