Okay I fixed it now it really was the calibration settings! It considered my keyboard as a game controller and not a keyboard thank you guys for trying to help I appreciate it

Its actually doing it with the controller not plugged in at all and none of the drivers were being used when play testing so I'm wondering if it has to do with calibration.

Hi I finally saw what the real issue is! Galv you are right I do have a scp3 software to connect a ps3 controller on my system plus a wiiu driver to connect gamecube controllers. In game the game always acts as if the right and down key are always being pressed how do I go about fixing this?

Hi I'm having an issue with passability I think. i used Celiana's parallaxing guide and tiles and followed her instructions exactly but I am getting this weird glitch when I play test the player sprite walks by itself into a corner can someone tell me how to fix this? I also play tested Celiana's game sent with the guide it does the same thing mine does.

Thank you for ansering my question, but how do I put the bars on the map I'm a noob I don't know what code to put there could you please tell me. 2. How do I have the other stats effect Hp? if I disable the life stat? 3. Sorry if question three doesn't make sense, I treated the life stat as I would Hp but when being attacked it doesn't directly damage the life stat, to deplete the life stat I wanted fights to effect the other stats such as rest becuase you use whatever energy you gained from sleeping to fight and when you have practiculy zero sleep it effects the overall hp. Sorry if this confuses you further its kind of hard to explain.

Hey your script is awsome! I have been looking for something like this for a long time. However I have some questions, 1. Is it possible for the bars to show up on the map and not just in the menu. 2. Hp isn't relevent anymore becuase of the life stat, so is it possible for the life stat to replace Hp? 3. Is it possible that fights only effect rest, food, and water? I really need these questions answered before I can start majory developing the game.
