What's this workshop about? Cutscene making, of course! Struggling with move routes? I'm your man! Want to have your cutscenes taken care of? You're at the right place! Want to have 30 soldiers chasing you and fighting you at the same time? I can! (within a year of course) Have in mind though that I only work with VXAce and MV. I'm much more familiar with VXAce, so MV may take some time. The template must be sent via PM, and it must be composed of: Game Title: Directions: (outline, instructions, etc.) Project demo: (materials for the scene) Process: You send me the template, then I'll start working on it ASAP. I'll aim to make a fast first draft (shown via video) so you can see the progress and tell me what needs tweaking. After the scene's finished, I'll send the project file so you can copy the map/events. Terms of service: There is only one rule: that there are no rules! Samples: Workload: 1. 2. 3.

My project exploded at the last hour. XD Unfortunately due to taking time fixing some bugs (and making workarounds), I couldn't finish the final fight I wanted to do after the ending. Oh, well. xD I also deleted a game map accidentally by deleting some maps, lol. I still had a copy though, but it isn't compatible with the cutscene skip script. Oh and yes, the final part is beatable. LINK (needs VXAce RTP) I will upload a non-rtp download later. Credits:

You could summon the NPC with a Move Route. Like this: (NPC is invisible) Move Route: -Change Graphic (to NPC) -(Move NPC to whatever you want) Your solution is doable, but as you can see, it can bring bugs due to the second event taking place of the first because Parallel Event is over Autorun in event running.

You can do that with one event. If you want to control the NPC, just get the move route to point to the NPC. If you want both to move together, place the move routes like this: Move (NPC): (Wait for Completion ticked off) -Move Route Move (Player): (Wait for Completion ticked on) -Move Route The order of who gets the 'Wait for Completion' does necessarily have to be in that order; just the one that have the longer route so one route doesn't end halfway through its route.
