What about a unique character that pops up everywhere, but is hidden? Each time you speak to him, he gives an item, thanks you for finding him, and then disappears. After x amount of times finding him, he says something along the lines of "I have never met one so persistent as you, I wish to thank you for talking to me every time. Here is [enter unique, only able to get from him, item here], use it well, you have earned it!"

The thing about games, my friends, is that there is something for everyone, and nothing for someone. If you choose not to support me and purchase my game when it is complete, then I am sorry that I do not appeal to you, but I am not doing this for someone, I am making this for everyone. I thank you all, for adding to my determination to release this game, not to your standards, but to the standards in which I grew to love and enjoy these types of games.

GAH! I have searched every where and I can't get comment effects to work with Khas ALE and VM GT,D+N scripts! This is all I need to finish my demo for steam!!!

Khas' event comment effects will not work.... everything else works with this script. Can someone please help me? In Khas' script, I have surfaceUE set to true, the lantern effect works, but the comment [light X], where X is light id, will not work. What am I doing wrong?

Try modifying lines 640/955/956 to read 640 and 480 instead of 544 and 416? Just a theory, have not tested it myself. -
I was looking at this after some time and I realized something....is there a way for the time screen to ONLY appear when idle for say....30 seconds? Otherwise it is off?

So excited, about to release a demo of my game on Steam, via Early access, I am proud of it so far!

I have the tint set to 0, 0, 0, 200. though with the game time day/night script, it won't set to that tint, it keeps it set at what it's original value was, which is -125, -125, 0, 125. I gave up on Khas' script and am trying Victor's Light effects, but I can't seem to set the shade properly, or get the light to appear right...

Beginning to hate asking for help...people keep treating me like I should know what to do...isn't that the point of asking for help?

I officially give up, I do not understand how to use this script at all....I tried following instructions in the script, but, to no avail...there will just be no light effects in my game...

After a couple of years of starting/stopping projects...I finally started one that I KNOW I will complete...such a good feeling.
