The ability to view raw version was removed after V4 forum upgrade. 

You can adjust spoilers by drag&dropping them, assuming you had moving them around on mind.

I can only move or modify the spoiler at the top, all of the text underneath it, spoiler or otherwise, can't be edited or moved around.

Yeah, that's an interesting issue to be honest, but that's just how poorly it was programmed. You'll not encounter these issues if you'll be using the spoiler button with eye icon to create these. Never use [ spoiler ] tags, these cause formatting errors, heh.
