I found a way around the eventing, so I guess solved? It is still a problem if I need to have an event with multiple "event touch" pages. but for now: solved~

Hey, awesome script! I am trying to use it to animate objects. For example, I've created a little pond in gimp with 3 different water surface layers. How should I go about making it animated in VX Ace?

Thanks for reply. I have the "Fantastic Pearl ABS Patch", however that is not what I am trying to do. I created a swinging animation for the sword I want just fine in GIMP. I simply want the character to show the sword on his body when equipped, draw the sword when desired and and then use the graphic animation I made. As of now the only way I can do this is manually switching between sprite sheets. Sorry for confusion, I don't know how to explain it in a text. It is a basic concept though. Basically I am trying to get around having the character walking around with no sword and then having it 'magically' come flying out when the player action buttons.

Thanks for reply. Can you elaborate about the icons? You're probably right, I am just so new to the ABS, that its not obvious to me.

I've tried both of these methods 4 or 5 times. Either none of the soldiers move, or 1 soldier goes and the rest just sit there Basically I have a test with just two soldiers setup. The soldiers have the first event page just standing there and then the second event page has condition switch "soldier movement" ON with the route in the entry section. Parallel process activated. Then I just activate the "soldier movement" switch VIA action button, and watch as nothing happens. (I've tried like 4 methods and all of them I have wait for completion off) UPDATE: omg, my graphic that had the switch activation event entry was set on below character priority sorry for this crap. Problem solved.
