Possible to create a heal player/enemy skill?
TayTheAries replied to TayTheAries's topic in Editor Support and Discussion
So I did try out Tsukihime's script that you recomended, but somehow ran into issues getting it to work properly. While looking for more in-depth and easy-to-follow instructions on how to use that script, I came across Victor's Toggle Target script, which was as simple as plug-and-play. It works great! Problem solved. Thanks for the help, though! Had it not been for your suggestion and my trial and error I may not have come across this alternate script.- 6 replies

Issue with TP recovery in battle
TayTheAries replied to TayTheAries's topic in Editor Support and Discussion
I tried going this route previously, but it only gives me the option to recover a percentage of TP, rather than a set/constant numerical value. It's all good though, I have managed to find a solution! I downloaded Yanfly's Anti-Fail Message script, which has solved the issue. Thank you for your help! -

Issue with TP recovery in battle
TayTheAries replied to TayTheAries's topic in Editor Support and Discussion
My apologies, but I cannot seem to find these guidelines. This is the first I have heard of them. After reading your post I did a search across the forums but I always just seem to end up at the "Forum Rules" page. Can you help point me in the direction of the topic guidelines page? Thank you! -
Issue with TP recovery in battle
TayTheAries replied to TayTheAries's topic in Editor Support and Discussion
Ah, yeah sorry about that. Would probably be helpful in determining the problem, eh? Here's the item's page: Also, the only scripts I am using are Yanfly's Visual Battlers and modern algebra's Global Text Codes. -
Greetings! New to these forums.

Haha. I'd better work on my stealthiness, then. Thank you for the welcome! -
Yes! Thank you so much! Edit: Okay, so I got this script working fine...but please excuse what is about to sound very noob-ish. I have tried playing around with values but simply can't pinpoint exactly what I'm looking in the script. Do you know how I would be able to create a slightly larger difference/gap in space in between the character sprites? When I have a full party of 4 it is very squished looking. Thanks for any help on this matter; I will continue to experiment in the meantime. Edit 2: Never mind, I figured it out. Confused myself. The directions are straightforward and I had just read them incorrectly. Thanks!

Hey guys, the name's Taylor. I'm relatively new to RMVXACE, however I suppose I should state that I have been "around" for many years (mostly lurking in the shadows, or under other aliases as a sprite artist back in the day when RPG Maker 2000 was the latest 'maker). Just thought that with my freshly purchased copy of RPG Maker VX Ace, I may as well try to join in with the rest of the community once again (though, this time I speculate I will be less active...and currently have no plans to do any community spriting). All in all I look forward to being a part of this community, so I shall see you guys around! *disappears into the shadows*
