In which way is a Card Battle a Card Battle?

I've tried so many TCG Games, like : Shadow Era. In previews, they look good, however the game didn't let me hooked for some reasons, I found it too complicated. However, my favorite TCG games are like : Deck Heroes and Elemental Kingdoms/Magic Realms (They are the same game but with a little difference, but I like Deck Heroes better) , it doesn't really to be complicated, these games are really simple, take a look at the video I provided , you might get an idea about how these games work. -

@Theoallen Spoilers here : Anyway, thanks for liking the protagonist of my game. if you want an example for my own favorite hero : Edge Maverick (Star Ocean The Last Hope), and Kazuma Kenzaki (KR Blade). I'm not finished watching KR Blade, but I like both of them for being the one who fights for the sake of humanity.

i would like to make a small poll regarding "your favorite main protagonist." Everyone would think the main protagonists will sometimes ruin the game, they are either very cliche, or they are just too annoying/stupid, or they don't do anything much to the story. I've seen a few annoying protagonists (in movie shows, it usually shows the secondary protagonist has more important roles than the main protagonist). However, My favorite is the one who believes in justice and fight for what he/she thinks right. What's yours? EDIT : Poll updated

Hi Theo, Whenever I use a jump command on events... IF the event jumps into the edge of the screen, this error will occur. Now I guess this is either RPG Maker VX ACE bugs or the scripts alter the events procedure? I don't know.- 35 replies

My healing skills are also % based. There is a weaker skill that heals at a minimum of 10% HP but you can use it in the world map. There is a stronger skill that heals a minimum of 50% HP, in-battle only. Now, if I think deeply, I will find the weaker skill useless, and a waste of space. But, I can set those skills into different characters. That makes sense. I see. The first statement is true. And then, Heal after battle is also a good idea, in RPG Maker , we can implement it by using common events. Thanks for the advice.

I got it. My current project won't use MP, I use TP-only like yours. I think I should have some skills that allow you to heal in the world map, but the skill higher TP Costs and lower healing rate. While powerful healing skills can't be used in the world map, but use less TP.

It means you cannot use healing skills on the world map, fields. But, you can use it in battle. An example is : Tales of Graces F. Personally saying, I don't really like this mechanic, but the game doesn't use MP system. You can heal yourself in the beginning of battle. Do you think it gives a greater challenge for players?

I see... The country's name is Aradian... So, the people are called "The Aradians". I think I must add terms (terminology) for the people in the game.

Yes. they are new characters... I aware the original version lacks of female villains. =) Update : Google Drive sucks, My files were either deleted or moved. Anyway, the mediafire mirror is always available.

I guess it's too late to add YEA snippets... But, I will add it for the next game. The "Execute" option thing. for sure.. I also aware with the off-screen glitch but I can't find the solution yet, some scripts are most probably the culprit. Olive's Fire Flask is 1-3 random enemies... a typo... lol Glad you want to play this game again,,, The battles are harder compared to the original version, but the difficulty changer is always available (of course, if you choose the normal difficulty).

Creating a new game... it's probably not the sequel of my game in VX ACE... and also the last game before I quit RPG Maker. Wish me luck.
