The Blitz

It's been a few days since I played this game, so I can't remember everything I wanted to say :/ My main problem is a lack of motivation I had at the beginning. For quite a while I'm running around and there isn't really something that keeps my attached to the game. The nice "in between scenes" make it a bit better by making the player wonder, what is going on, but at least for me that wasn't enough. The mapping was for the most parts really good, but I feel like you should add doors to more/all buildings, even if you can't enter them. The first bossfight was ok, even if the enemys animation and graphic look missplaced in contrast with the other enemys. I was worried at the beginning, because the text about minimum levels for the boss fights made me wonder if I have to grind for exp, but it turned out to be working fine so far. Is the desert supposed to be a "maze" where you have to find the right way? A nice idea but to be honest, I was quite annoyed after a few failures >.< The citys could use a lot more "life". Just people running around telling you how great the weather is... All-in-all I see potential, but not enough interesting or funny dialogs/events that lure me into the game. Maybe it's better later in the game when the main story starts to roll, but even then it takes to long in my opinion. If you work on those problems I wouldn't mind trying it again later. -
Lost Creation

I played the game for about 1 hour 40 mins before an event starts that seems unable to end. It's in Glaire when Kara says "Wait a moment" (or something like that) and moves a few tiles before being unable to move further. Until that point I also had several other things I noticed and wanted to tell you to improve if so desired. - First of all, the "legendary pirate Lord" is a lvl 1 Thief....!? Doesn't seem to fit ^^ - Ester is a Monk? Ether that's just not the right class or it's something the player isn't supposed to know yet. - On the second map, you can't move further north without talking to Ester. That makes sense for the game, but then at least make an event that says something along the line of "I should take a closer look at the girl before moving on" - If I go back to the first map after "discovering" Ester but before speaking to her, she is lying on the floor again when I get back on the second map. If that is ok with you, at least make her "direction fix", as she changed to a different person when I talked to her from below. - On the third map,you have a chest with something and casual cloth. Those cloth are not needed for anyone oO I would prefer something more useful - The welcome sign for travelers seems a bid to friendly for a pirate base, whose leader makes everyone shiver in fear, or is that just how you want pirates to be in your world? Feared but loved/respected at the same time? - If I ignor the Inn and move to Rinnesport without talking to the crew, I pretty much screw up your quest The smith is telling me about Terence, which I'm looking for even thought I never had the dialog that told me, who he is and why I'm searching him. Same thing with the piece in the maze. The dialog seems to be for someone who already knew about it. - Since I got the piece from the maze before talking to the crew, when I entered the Inn, everyone was gone but the dialog with them started anyway making me talk to an empty room - Her anger, when the crew made fun of her small chest, was quite short. Even if she made quite a mess earlier, i personally was hoping for a bit more violence put that is up to you. If you want them to be that way, than do so. - I have to pay money to sleep at my own Inn? Wouldn't it make sense to be able to sleep there for free? - The "worldmap", I think it was called Rinnes Pass?, is quite big. A road to lead you the way would have been nice. - In the mine a faced a "Mimic with bandit friends". Would that combination really work? Can a mimic work together with bandits? - Combat in general is quite hard, especially against the Lamia and the Mayor (who can heal way to good!). More abilitys to make fights easier would be nice in my opinion. - After your first night on the ship there is a dialog with Terence on deck where he says something like "oh, your up". I think that should be you're instead of your. - It is possible to walk through the mayor on the roof of his house. - The fight against the mayor was quite a pain with his heal, so to have him fight a second time, even though he was supposed to be half dead by now, wasn't really to my joy - After talking to Isabell, Lance is entering the room to talk with you. Since the event isn't starting before you go to him, you can ran away from him Leaving the room is not possible without an explanation (of course, you want us to talk to Lance). I think, making it part of the previous event and let Lance come and talk to you without letting the player walk around for no reason would make that part better. - After returning to the ship, there is a "hidden countdown" before the celebration event starts. On my first try, I missed to talk with Ester and Isabelle because of that. And on another try, I just walked outside and took a stroll on the empty ship. In my opinion, a better way of doing this would be, to start the event after the player talked to both girls and ether prevent the player from leaving the room or make the sleeping crew lying around on the ship. - I pressed enter a bit to fast and missed where I had to go after returning to my base. A Crewmember standing somewhere on that map, reminding me where I had to go (to the mountains in the south of the Rinne pass), would be nice for idiots like me - Electro attacks from Jellyfishes that take nice damage from fire damage? Something with those elements seems to be in the wrong order.... - As metioned the game ended for me, when I started an event in Glaire, that could not end. All in all, I enjoyed the game so far. I like the funny dialogs with the crew and their different charackters come out quite nicely. The maps still need alot of work, but since you said there are alot of placeholder, it's fine for now, The music, especially in Karas room during the "night scenes", seems well chosen.
