      I see no guidelines, only rules which don't explain that difference. But basicly that means, if I want to post resources, I should post in submission and an admin will move it to all recources later?

      I think it wouldn't even let you post a thread in 'All Resources' section, at least it shouldn't.

      It may be confusing, because things are pretty messy at the moment, due to latest changes on the forums. Seeing tons of threads in the submission area can suggest various things indeed.

      Some changes are still planned and these subforums hopefully will be clearer. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    What's a good programm to stream RMMV not as screen capture but as a window, including menu/event windows? OBS worked with VX but doesn't seem to get that done properly in MV :/

      For a window? Bandicam can record separate windows.

      Livestream, bruh. Just be sure to register through original.livestream.com (MUCH BETTER OPTION) and not livestream.com (HORRIBLE, CLUNKY)

      As far as I can see, Bandicam only records videos, but doesn't allow to livestream. And I wanted to stream on twitch, so livesteam.com doesn't help me much :(
