  1. Ho boy, I have been slacking. But now that I feel inspired, time to get working again :D

  2. So what's everyones thoughts about atb? I asked all my friends and all of them disliked the idea lol.

      I don't really care about battles all that much but I prefer them to be as quick as possible.

       

      ATB is a battle slow-down feature as far as I'm concerned.

      I'd say if time was a recurring mechanic in your game, like the ever popular day/night systems, then its a sensible addition.

      If its just been thrown in for the sake of it then I'd consider it bad craftsmanship.

      I use Victor's ATB and the thing I like about his script is that I can create so many time disruption skills. So quite honestly in my opinion, ATB is nice to use also if you can make something useful other than the bar increasing and the turn comes in.

    Actually, the characters are from Kaduki, I just did a little bit of recoloring . Thanks! Hopefully I can actually finish this game before I just get lazy and stop working on it halfway, which I usually do with every project I do .
  4. Hey there, I've been using RPG Maker VX Ace for a while now, but I haven't actually completed a project, like ever. So I thought, you know what? I'm gonna grab life by the line and see if I can actually change that. I have a little bit of experience with RPG Maker, but I still would like feedback on how I can improve my maps (: The tilesets that I am using are from Mack.
