Husky dogs. They're the nicest looking buddies around. What is your favourite breed of hot dog? -
That was a pretty cool game though I never got too much into it. I should give it another go some time, but I kind of hate starting from scratch in that kind of detail. Making so many specific rooms and laying down power cables and whatever. Gets a bit tedious and repetitive. Within the Prison theme, I like The Escapists. Didn't get far in that either though.

Why pick 1 when I can prefer all 3? I like the second one the most though. Who touched my chocolate bars? -

I dont know about any other parts of the forum aspect of this website, but basically, this single thread/topic is the only active one that is directly relevant to my interests. 'ow many buckets do yer need by the way? Think I remember yer were askin' fer twen'y. Twen'y buckets is a good amount 'o' buckets, nine'een an' yer may as well violently sacrifice me ta' the bucket gods. Twen'yone buckets an' yer askin' fer a kiss on the lips from me, don't ask fer twen'yone buckets. I ain't kissin' anyone! -
Anyone been playing the New Final Fantasy 15 game? Its pretty good! I recommend picking it up providing you have the relevant console. Its a pretty strange game too though, quite different from past Final Fantasy games too. Combat seems closer too Kingdom Hearts, its a more open world sort of game, magic got revamped the fuck up. But I mean, its a very strange game game outside of the game mechanics too. Graphically, it doesnt really fit with the tone of the game, character voices are a bit cartoony. Prompto seems like any anime dudes best friend. Play the game and I hope you'll see what I mean. Its just very strange. But good.

Are we putting pixies into the same group as fairy? Cause I'm getting mine from a pixie. I think we need to determine some setting lore here, otherwise hell can literally run loose and I will be the first casualty. I propose we consider Pixie a sub species of Fairy. A fairy is classed as a magical flying thing with bug wings and a pixie can be a lesser of that. Who agrees? -

Its a problem. Today I woke up and was given mystical powers by a magical demon angel fairy demon. What should I do with the mystical powers? I'm thinking about eating them... 'cause... you know. -

I understand the reference that Charizard is the best Pokemon and that it destroys all things. Charizard! Bless me with power for I am unworthy to serve you as I am!!! Rid me of this human form!! Is there something more that I am perhaps missing? -
There are premium features that you can get, though they seem to hand out the premium currency a little bit, through quest rewards and special daily crate reward things. I don't know how far the micro transactions thing goes, so far its not so much annoying, but I can imagine it becoming an issue, since material storage seems to be important. So yeah, its free to play but there are micro transactions.

I dont know where I'm at with it right now. I want to trade over a Charmander from X&Y but that ain't happening until the Pokemon Bank thing is upgraded to work with Sun&Moon. Of all the shiny pokemon to catch, I caught a shiny Alolan Diglet. So there's that. Its a good game I suppose, but I'm not exactly into it as I am into other games. The Early Game has worn off for me.
-
Who's playing the new Pokemon? I'm should have a copy by the weekend. Hopefully it proves to be a bit of a different game, I hope this whole trials thing is something new. I don't really know too much about these new ones. Although I do know the Alola versions of Gen 1 pokemon are quite controversial. Particularly a pokemon that now has hair.

Loving Pokemon Sun so far. I'm barely anywhere into it. It feels totally different, like you've got the basic theme of the playing having just moved to Alola, but its redone in a much more refreshing way. As far as storyline goes, if it keeps that up, I'm happy. As far as other things, the game tells you how effective an attack is. I don't quite understand why the dev's would put that in. Maybe its not always accurate? But anyway, I'm happy so far.

Don't you know!? If a new black belt only gives you newly acquired power, wouldn't it make sense that a well worn black belt would give you enhanced power? -
Yeah, its almost always the same sort of game every time, so I've usually been kind of cautious about them, the last two gens I was lucky that the games I got were gifts, I do enjoy them for a little while. Especially X, I think the huge graphical overhaul really made it a bit more fun for me. So I'm kind of looking forward to this one.

Backstory As the viscious army of Bleak Wind, their ranks filled with lizard men and the so called High Elf, their soldiers march on to Mournhammer, the warriors and conscripted civilians prepare for battle. The injured King Nathaniel remains vigilant that his own army will succed in defending the castle. Despite this, he worries on the whereabouts of his daughter Rosa, his only heir. Mournhammer, the great city on the Endrathisa continent, known well for its trade of fabrics and weaponry, it slowly became the enemy of the Bleak Wind armies, with Mournhammer slowly expanding its borders into Bleak Wind's stolen territory, Mournhammer slowly started to lose allies. Races: Endrathisa: Endrathisa is home to several cities, the most populated being Mournhammer. Other popular places include: Saffron Town, now a mostly dwarven town once popular for its mining of steel. Lockwind, thousands of years worth of history, once said to be home to the great wizards who were constantly challenged by Vessel. The Cursed Continent: The closer you get to the Cursed Continent, the sicker you are said to become. At least for Humans, Dwarven folk are known to have made their way there and back, usually mostly alive. The skies become grey and the sight of large dome like structures fill the horizon. The Dwarven adventurers can't explain them. Bio Sheet Name: Race: (Please consider the fact that members of the Lizard and High Elf Races born outside of the Cursed Continent will not have information of what happens in the Cursed Continent domes, any information relatives would have passed from years ago should be treated as legend or myth.) Hates being drunk as he hates the idea of not being in control of himself. He admits he can be quick to make important decisions without much thought. Appearance: Family (if any) : His family are all back home in Lockwind, his mother Martha and sister Lucille are all that remains Personal items : An old fashioned Dwarven Knecklace, small pieces of flint have engravings scratches onto them, the meanings of each are essentially lost. His personal long sword, the scabbard is dyed blue. Rules Please be humble with your character, try to not make someone overpowered or godmodded. Please consider the fact that members of the Lizard and High Elf Races born outside of the Cursed Continent will not have information of what happens in the Cursed Continent domes, any information relatives would have passed from years ago should be treated as legend or myth. Hopefully, this takes off, seems like the Role Playing interest has been dead for a while (not much interest in my previous topic seeing if anyone is up for such things, but maybe this time!) If ya'll need any answers for things, feel free to ask, especially on the topic of developing the setting, I love that stuff! I haven't done this sort of thing in literal years, so forgive me if I left out something that would be deemed important or traditional

I like that chicago Deep Dish Pizza with some pizazz! It brings a total bunch 'o' Honor to my family dojo don't you think? -
I really like Penny Arcade. A couple of years ago, they did a Web Series called Strip Search, really good fun. I'd recommend it if you like reality TV style shows. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLjZRIC6PMEFmsifnzKPim7L1weoKpDkiD I really want a second season.

Wondering if anyone reads any cool webcomics? Tell me about them. If you read 'em or maybe you dabble in the art yourself? I like Danger Vision, also known as Bad Music Zombies or Super Death Face http://www.badmusiczombies.com/danger-vision/000-cover Or https://tapastic.com/episode/58454 The first story arc is about the main characters Nas and Nik dealing with a zombie apocalypse. There's a whole load of video game references, especially in the second story arc if you like popular 90's japanese video games.

Runescape. I wanted an evil sounding name, so I picked Darkblade128 (the number was a forced choice) I've used it for years, maybe since 2003-04, eventually I dropped the number. I think it was a suggestion from some forum friends from 'way back in the day' since the number was basically pointless since no one else used a name like Darkblade, infact, the only other person who did, dropped the dark part and picked up Life instead. I still use Darkblade128, its my twitter name, I kind of regret it, I don't really like the name anymore. I also go by AncientArk in some places (I'm mysterious like that), for that one, I wanted something kind of biblical sounding and old. I vaguely remember deciding I'd have to use words that started with the first two letters of my first name, Aaron.

Homestuck is on my maybe reading list. I've heard it gets sort of complex or confusing. Or both. The format is strange to me. With the single animated image and text underneath. Do you feel that the comic suffers or benefits? I suppose its possibly better to explain things in a more traditional comic, but could be a turn off to some readers? I'm enjoying Kid Radd so far, I recognise it from years ago, I used to love sprite comics, I had one of my own.

For the most part, I don't mind it. I think its something that you'd need to control. For example, throwing a bucket of it into something like call of duty, thats a bit much! I think that Pewdiepie game that released recently, I think that does it every time Pewd's says anything. Maybe using it too much sort of devalues the game? Like you have an epic story and universe but with so many moments like "This monster dropped gold!?" What do you mean I have a sword+4 attack?" the constant sacrifice of world immersion for a tiny joke. I'm about to link to a game clip from Metal Gear Solid 4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A1qw4P3NsPs This one is brilliant on several levels, referencing past games and (at the time) new technology. Something to note with Metal Gear, several characters break the 4th wall throughout the franchise, not just the comic relief character. Sometimes the game implies that Snake is the player in a more literal sense, I remember a scene from Metal Gear Solid 1 where the player is asked to place the controller on their arm to massage it with the vibration function of the PS1 controller.
