    I got Game Character Hub the other day, and I've got to say, it's much more pleasant to make graphics with this program rather than the default VXA character generator.

      Useful? Maybe. Worth $15 bucks? I doubt it. I think I can get by with RPG Maker VX Ace's built in system, gimp, and maybe some random free templates if I need them.
