Tried using this tutorial but the dolls didn't properly reset. Not to mention it broke another puzzle in game, but that part is irrelevant.

So I'm creating a puzzle in my horror game where you have to decapitate some dolls in a certain order: 1368.
The problem is figuring out exactly how to do it. I tried messing around with variables, but I'm totally stuck. Do I need variables for the correct dolls? Any help, please?

So I'm having a bit of a problem here. I'm trying to figure out how to make it so a certain character (Shin) comments on each key item the MC (Yasu) shows him. These would provide some hints on what to use the item for.
The only problem is, Shin only successfully comments on one item (any other item and it's a VERY delayed reaction. You have to press the other item twice to finally register.)
I kinda want to prevent that. So.... How do I do it?
So far, he only reacts perfectly to the knife. V

I think I recognize the original tileset. It was originally from the now dead First Seed Material, but luckily Kimaila remade that tile.

Okay, so I have a cutscene before a certain boss fight. The boss is supposed to comment if you have a certain weapon equipped/in your inventory. The problem is even if you have the weapon equipped, she still acts like you don't.
I've been tearing my hair out figuring out how to fix this. A little help, please?

I know you can use a conditional branch for one item when it comes to implementing puzzles, but what about two items or more?
Take the lighter puzzle in Mad Father for example: Aya needs an empty lighter, lighter fluid and cooking oil in order to burn the monster blocking her path.

How would you do that in RPG Maker VX Ace?

I was in a HUGE Naruto phase as a kid and believed Tobi was Kakashi's deceased friend Obito who faked his death.
.... Which turned out to be canon 8 years later, AFTER I have long gotten out of that phase. But I've grown so attached to the name and didn't want to change it, so it stuck. LOL

I mostly use custom battlers. (Think more along the lines of qud or mazeran's works).
I can see Ran using a folding fan in a pose similar to this.
Oh dear... I didn't think my art style was *that* chibi-fied. ^^; Ran is roughly about 20,000+ years and is an adult woman.

Yes. In fact, I found a way to counter this error.
Instead of actually BUYING Warp Crystals from the vendors, they give the MC (Hotaru) a Warp Crystal on the house. I also removed the script, just for safe measures.


A downed weeping pose for these two would be great. Sorry if this is too big of a request.... ^^;
