I've found a method to edit the maximum stat cap, but it's hard to use it because all the stat caps are in different classes...

Yeah, if you set the max level to, for example, 120, the actors will gain hp and that stuff every level up in the amount ot the difference between level 1 and 2, but if this is close to 999, the action will stop. There's no easy way to fix that problem. But I'll think about it
