Arial is decent for dialogue.

Yeah I am sticking with Verdana for now myself for dialogue, though I was thinking of using Junicode at one point just so I can use ᚱᚢᚾᛖᛋ and other special characters. And hey, it's recommend by the Medieval Unicode Font Initiative! Granted that's more because of it including lots of old fashioned characters that most people don't use much anymore then because it really looks medievalish. I mean Junicode is pretty okay looking, if a bit basic, but it isn't heavily stylized. Only real reason I don't use it is it's a serif font, and I think I personally think I prefer to use a sans-serif font for dialogue.
