  1. In my game, the party has a maximum of 6 characters, the first 3 of which can participate in battles. I want the 3 members in the back to be greyed out, or some other indicator that they are not in the main party and will not appear in battles. Adjusting the maximum party size in both the scripts included in Luna Engine as well as the Game_Party script does not achieve the "grey out effect" that I am looking for, although it does successfully limit the overworld party and in-battle party to 3 members. I'm using Luna Engine to customize the main menu, but I can only fit 4 characters at a time, as by default. I want to show all 6 party members on the same page of the menu, rather than having to scroll down to see the remaining 2 party members. I'm new to using Luna Engine, so I don't know whether using two images for this menu is possible(1 for each page). I would like to fit all of the party members on a single menu page so I can use a single image for the menu's background, which will highlight the members in battle and grey out those sitting out. I came across a thread with a similar problem, but it was in MV. It was solved, and I'm wondering if a similar layout can be created in VX Ace.   3. For my game, I have a skill that runs a common event which lowers your defense after using it. I only want it to decrease it in battle, but the defense stat stays lowered permanently. I want it to be stackable, and I don't know how to make stackable states. How would I do this so the defense stat only lowers in battle and reverts on the field?

    My event just doesn't work!

    Hmm. Interesting. I had this problem before, but it was because the movement ended up being too much, and it just stopped. Try checking the "Skip if cannot move" option and see if that works.

    How does End Battle work?

    End battle ends the battle and stops running events placed in the troop tab. If you want to teleport them, create a switch and turn it on, then end the battle. Then you can have an autorun event checking if that switch is on, which teleports to the location.
  10. Hey! So for my game, I have a skill that stops the enemy team from moving for 2 turns. I thought this was kinda broken since it was easily spammable, and I was wondering if there is anything I can do to decrease the accuracy of it if it's been used already, so it misses more and more after repeated use. Please help!

    Script Help?

    Not sure if this is the right thread to post on, so correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, I've been having an issue with scripts lately and it's been going on for several weeks. Basically, a script that was working perfectly fine would just randomly stop working, without me changing anything. It happened with Yanfly's Input Combo Skills script today and I was wondering if anyone could help(I've used this script for several other projects before). Basically, I have a combo skill that my character knows and it would work perfectly fine. Just today the script stopped working and the skill wouldn't show the Combo Skill Menu thing. Please help!

  13. Hey! So for the game I'm making you have a total of 10 characters to play as. For a certain boss, I would like to have it so you have to choose 4 party members to battle the one boss. I would like to know how this is done. Thanks in advance!
