How To Transfer A Airship To A Different Map

Sadly, I tried doing that. Didn't work. Set Vehicle (Airship) and Transfer Player to the same location. Didn't work. Below are three screenshots. The first one is the event page, second is the map screen with cloud event, and the third is the sky city. The green circle is where I want the airship/player to be sent to, the events on the bottom should transfer the player/airship back outside the clouds.
