How to get a single wepon to not beable to be unequiped

i know that something like this has been asked and ancerd here http://www.rpgmakervxace.net/topic/20464-unequippable-weaponsarmor/ but i want to know how to only keep one thing equipped when you have dull wielding if possible... its probably right under my nose but i don't know it.
