  1. Think it's possible to run multiple year cycles using days, weeks and months, for multiple locations without breaking Ace?

     

    Context: That space opera game I mentioned with regards to Mode 7. I sort of want each solar system to run its own year calendar, simulating relativity. I will settle for a universal year calender, but it would be nice to have that touch of realism.

      It can all be done with variables, absolutely.

       

      Of course, I'm not sure how well Ace will run multiple variable-based 'clocks', especially if they all run at different time rates. However, that'd be something to look into, and come back with info on once you have.

      If I were better at coding, I could probably figure out how to implement these without using as many variables or none even, but that'd be something for @Kayzee or @Seriel or @Rikifive's coding skills.

      Actually, @Seriel might be the one to talk with about that since her coding skills with variables are pretty high-end...
