The tornado that tore arse through Andover, the storm began its' life over Haysville, where I currently reside. Can you imagine, having something like that happening so nearby...
-
-
EF3 damage, twenty-one miles in length. To boot, the tornado moved at a snail's pace, 20 mi/h / 32 km/h. It wasn't the only tornado the storm produced; it dropped another one after sunset just to the west of Rosalia.

"Wild roses?"
I dunno; I was thinking of taglines and had Final Fantasy on the mind as well.

Limited carry capacity?
Yeah, it makes sense.
Even more sense when the weight of small items is less than one, but greater than zero. -
I like Emerald's Skill Trees script, it definitely has a good amount of features and is somewhat easily customizable, but I keep wondering if there's one that's even more modular and less resource heavy.
Hmmm... -
So, after doing a long, deep perusal through @Eric Matyas' music collection (mainly to place what I've downloaded into more organized folders because I suck at organizing and have issues with executive functioning in general), I came across a piece that inspired me to create a new character/love interest for Ramsey, who is also a rival/nemesis type character.
I've essentially increased the number of playable characters from twenty, to twenty-four; I'll have to fill the other three spots with cameos or what-have you, be something I do as I go, but I've finally found the victory BGM I wanted for character slot 20, that one evaded me for a long time. Yes, the new character also has a victory BGM; I took one of the BGM pieces from the Cosmic Music Pack and increased the tempo by sixty percent (via Audacity). -
Since XP, VX and VX Ace are deprecated, the source code should be available, so that certain problems can actually be fixed.
Maybe then, the experience will be better going forward.
Note, I didn't say make the source code public. Yet.-

It used to be most software was made by hobbyists and they tended to provide source code anyway. Then more and more big corporations started getting into software and they wanted to control everything. That triggered the great free software rebellion and... well history is complemented and I'm not going to go over all of it.
A big part of the 'Right to Repair' stuff is abut software and having the right to install custom software on to devices and stuff like that. As for the right to repair software it's self, that's partly what the idea of free software is all about, the freedom to change and fix software.
So support free software kiddos!

That, dearest love @Kayzee, @Rikifive, is Neversoft Eye; the mascot and an unlockable skater in THPS3 (except for the PlayStation iteration). Neversoft Eye has also been imported into Guitar Hero World Tour: Definitive Edition.
I also know the skateboard tricks NSEye pulled off in that vid clip.
1) Truckstand -> Truckstand Flip
2) To Rail/Primo
3) Casper -> Casper Shove -
I only played THPS3 and 4 on PSX. Now that I checked it, I didn't even know it was on PS2 as well! How come I didn't know about it?
I miss playing these on PSX though, I often was doing dumb things rather than playing normally. I really miss these times...
Nice, I never paid too much attention to name of the tricks, so I remembered only few basic ones lol.

Anyway...
I really am starting to miss having that i5-6600 and AMD Radeon 7000 running stuff.
No; the GPU is not usable in my much older PC. -
So, Windows 10 corrupted the HDD on my more capable PC and I've yet to figure out how to get a viable replacement.
Honestly, I was going to upgrade from the ~500 GB HDD, but, like, I needed a lot more time than a few months, for Mercy's sake.
Dammit, Microsoft. You and your damn updates. -
Happy Yule, one and all; may your chocolates be warm, and your soups hearty.
-
So, yeah, my interests are obviously, very diversified.
Heh, but even dearest love @Kayzee would give me nerd cred for this... -
I love rhythm gaming but have depth perception issues.
Yeah.
I love working on my gamedev projects but deal with constant burnout. Yup.
I know the cause of the latter problem, but a solution? Nope. -
Ah, yeah, I slept for the feast of gluttony. I ate pillow.
-
Finally have a wired internet connection again. Is it worth the extra cost? We'll see, Cox.
-
Well, that settles it.
I'll never switch to Google for anything. I'll use MEGA instead. -
I started a new game project.
Why?
Ramsey has become difficult to work on because of many reasons, most of them involving not being able/allowed to focus.
Worry not; I will still develop Ramsey, I just need to do something less involved. -
So, this PC isn't capable of running everything I have in my Steam library.
Aside from that, I have obstacles many (well one big one anyway) that are keeping me from transferring everything from my older PC to my new one.
Main issue: This newer PC has room for only one HDD, and the one installed has a capacity of ~500 GB. MY older PC has a 1 TB HDD and has more than 600 GB of that reserved for use, most of that full. I also was not a dummy like last time; I made a larger partition for [C:\] and thus, have even less space for anything on my newer PC.
Yeah; I'm not gonna be able to get any upgrades for this PC anytime soon, if ever. The joys of having to buy from brick and mortar stores and not really being able to, because of BS reasons.
Oh trust me, I prefer in-person shopping; I wish online shopping would crash and burn.
I'd of made this a blog, but...
No one reads those, except for a few people. More people read these. -
The video card in my new PC is an AMD Radeon 7000.
-
Dearest love @Kayzee mentioned Gaia Online, and it had me thinking about another online forum, that was more like IMVU, called frenzoo. Anyone here ever hear about that one, or better yet, were you ever a part of that particular site, before it went mobile?
-
Nope, never heard of that one. Was it like a zoo of frens?

I myself have tried my hand at making furniture from pixel scratch...
Having terrible depth perception makes all efforts look literally flat. I only ever managed to make a decent looking, 2D table that would look okay in a side-scroller...

I'm glad that I know of the resource blacklist. I wish I would of known about it long ago.
Even still, there's one problem; where can I find substitutions for the icons? I looked and found squat.
But yeah...just me prattling on...- Show previous comments 1 more

It's this one here, and I'm just glad none of the DLC I bought is on it, and I hope it stays that way.
-
It's a real shame that the 'Ultimate Icon Set' is included. You almost didn't need anything else with all it had to offer, but it was also an unorganized mess as well, to the point where I originally planned to clean it up, add recolors & call it 'Ultimate Icon Set 2.0'. But when I went to look for it, it was gone. Now we all know why. Also, you never have to worry about DLCs being plagiarized. I'm sure those submitted works are checked first before being put up on the store, lest
DegicaKomodo risk being an even bigger embarrassment than they already are. -

I have difficulties with Executive Functioning. It affects so many things...
So, when I bought RMXP for Zelda, it felt good because I wasn't judged or criticized for it.
I was thanked, yes, but just that, well, I was given the "you didn't have to" speech, but I did it because I wanted to, and it's fine; she's entitled to know why I did that, but I didn't have/need a reason.
I just don't do well with doing things and getting criticized unfairly. It's unnecessary stress.- Show previous comments 1 more

Oh no, @Kayzee, mon amour; you should hear the crap I have to put up with from the neurotypical brainwashed fools I live with, and by comparison, you're an intellectual field of flowers rather than a minefield of stupid.
Anyway, executive functioning is...hard to explain. Trouble making decisions and doing things, is part of it. It's a big web of things that all involve processing everything and making a quick response to, like everyone expects. "RESPOND NOW." (when I'm still processing a lot of things all at once)
You're very welcome, @Fjoraselda, my dear. -

Is it just me, or do the MZ graphics, at least for faces, have that older anime look to them, like from Gundam, or similar?
It was an observation I made when I was making some character art with MZ pieces in GCH PE.
