I've already used them, and since it's DLC asset packs, getting the refund would be much harder to justify. I was gifted two Keys for VX Ace, and though I did use one of them, the other expired.
Anyway, maybe the interest isn't actually there. I dunno. If you're on the RMC Discord, maybe you could ask people there. -
