Hidetovtamer

I started recently with a project and creating the menu I realized that it was moving with me, possibly because I am giving it fixed map directions, how can I get the images I use to stay fixed in one place? I am using rpg maker MV, I was looking for plugins but I did not find one precisely for this, so my last possibility is for someone who knows more to help me. From already thank you very much.
