I put it under class Game_Mapon Khas script but it came up with an error in the autosave script at startup saying "undefined method 'autosaving=' for nil:NilClass" on line 132.
-
I don't know how to do that D: I'm not a coder. Could you tell me what it is I would have to change?
-
So how would I force the autosave before the lights show up? I tried the script call before every transfer but it doesn't work. Probably because of the light effects on the map you're leaving. And if I do it after the transfer it also doesn't work because of the effects on the new map. I tried your lighting script too, but none of the effects showed up for some reason.
-
Hm. So hypothetically it would be possible to work if I made all light events wait 1 second then self switch to the light setting at the start of every map when it autosaves, and it would work? Unless there's a way to do that with the script, which would be more convenient.

So, I'm having the same problem as alvinofelix. I'm using Khas Light Effects with this script and the "Load Autosave" button is always grayed out. I already have all my lights in the game compatible with Khas light script so it's too late to change that, but I was wondering if there was any way you could fix the incompatibility with Khas Lighting in a new version. That would be really helpful to me and I'm sure a lot of people because Khas Light Effects is a commonly used script. Or, if you can't make another version, do you know what the reason for the incompatibility is so I might be able to see if I could fix it? I'm making a horror game and both this script and Khas Lighting are very important to it, so it would be great if I could get them to work together!

It does look a bit distracting, but I think it might be too plain with just one color. If you're going to do that though, I would suggest using the purple. Other than that, I like your mapping. You seem to put fitting tiles together nicely. -

I kind of like it with a transparent background. A cursor moving across the boxes with the arrow keys would be nice though. (Unless it's a point-and-click game.) -

The simplicity is really nice. The blurred map behind it is cool, also. It seems very well done, but the only thing that bugs me is the fact that every item so far touches the edges of its box. It might look kind of messy with a full inventory, but that's just my opinion. -

You're game is getting better and better. I can't wait until it's released, I'll definitely try it. The wall tiles are sweet. The darker cracked floor tile seems out of place and like it doesn't go with the floor, though. -

I was gonna say what Dyprax said. It's too dark for a library, but it has definitely improved a lot since your last screenshot. Also, the blue book in the top left doesn't look like it fits on the desk, and it's very bright compared to everything else. But that might get better if you make the map less dark. -

I really like it, Compass. It reminds me of the temple I'm currently working on for Wake. Maybe add some cracks in the floor or use some other statue tilesets to be more realistic. -

@Joey: The table is too bright of a white, and the plates don't make it better. Other than that it's a good map, but maybe you should add something in that empty space at the bottom. -

I know you can walk behind the bookcases, but it still looks like there aren't any rows between bookshelves or the rows are two small. Other than that it's a nice map but a shelf is covering part of a painting.
