  1. Synopsis Very simple plugin that allows armor to have the ability to passively heal a party member while walking. Requested by a user. Plugin: Download RegenerativeArmor.js How to Use: In your Armor notetag add <Regen:x> where x is true or false, if x is true then when this armor is equipped it will passively heal while the actor is walking next add <RegenSteps:x> where x is the amount of steps needed for the armor to heal. i.e. if x is 10 when the player walks 10 steps they will heal. finally, add <RegenAmount:x> where x is the amount of healing that will be done after the RegenSteps amount is met Example screenshot: Parameters: None Free to use in commercial and not commercial projects, credit is not necessary but appreciated.
  2. Im tried use enemy-actors with the SV Battlers system of the plugin "YEP_X_AnimatedSVEnemies" and i can get my enemy appear in screen with his animated battler, but when im going to attack. The game crash with the error: "TypeError: Cannot read property 'height' of undefined." If the system dont dettect the height of an undefined thing... How will I know what I have to correct? Any help in this regard? Thanks in advance. ^-^ Im forgot say im using RPG Maker MV. surely if you can help me, you know about this, but... im said anyway... Im actually solved the problem of the plugin replaced it for other. (Im replaced the YEP_X_AnimatedSVEnemies for VE_BattlerGraphicSetup)

  8. So, I am trying to implement a pair up function in my game similar to hyperdimension neptunia. Where one actor is in battle and another is paired up as their vanguard and can be switched to on that actor's turn. I have been attempting to use yanfly's row formation plugin to achieve this however I'm not sure how to set it up so that the actors can be placed one behind the other for all four slots. In addition I have to figure out how to make row two not be targeted by enemies and make row two actors not have turns as well as be able to be switched to by the active actor. Any assistance with answering these questions is appreciated.

    Thorn Skills for RPGMV

    I'm looking for a way to imitate the effect similar to Szyu's ThornSkills for RPGVXA It's an effect where you can place a state on an ally, and whenever they are attacked by the enemy, they retaliate by casting a specific skill and removing the state. Ex. A [Flame Trap] skill that applies [Flame Trap] to an ally, and when they are attacked, that ally retaliates with a different skill, such as [Flameblast] and the trap state disappears. Is there any way to imitate that using either Yanfly Plugins (like Lunatic Code stuff) or other plugins? (I was planning to make a class that specialises on "Trap Skills" but after I moved it all to MV, I couldn't find a "ThornSkills" script for it >.< Help!)

  15. Straight to the point. In the VX Ace version of this, there was a default AP gain which was based upon Total EXP gained divided by an integer (something like 10), which could be changed if one wanted and knew what they were doing. I found no such thing in the MV version, so I was looking for a way to implement that so that one could use that as a formula instead. Issue is, I have no idea as to what the reference is for total EXP gained, nor how to implement it. Any help is much appreciated, merci beaucoup.

    How could I change a variable temporarily if an item is in my inventory? I have a combat level variable for example 5 and if I have a dagger in my inventory, I want the variable to get +1 and remove it once the dagger is removed. Is there an easy way for this?

  18. I'm using Yanfly's Equip Core to allow multiple accessories to be equipped. There's an option in the plugin to make certain equipment slots be unaffected by the Optimize option, but even if I set all my accessory slot to be unaffected, Optimize still removes ALL accessories, even though equipping them increases stats, on top of supposedly being exempt. This didn't seem to be a problem in the past but started noticing it recently. I can't imagine any new plugins that I've added (if any) that would cause this. If anybody knows what causes this I'd appreciate any help.

  22. Hi all, So there's a really cool script here that allows you to scale actor's and event's size. I want to see if I can give my game a depth perspective, so I'm wondering, is there a way to alter the actor's scale depending on his/her y axis along individual pixels (not by grid)? So the further up the actor is on the map, the smaller he/she gets and the lower the actor is, the larger he/she gets. Again, the script is found here - Aramis Sprite Zoom I was also thinking that the speed of the actor would appear slower the further away he/she is (take longer to get from one side to the other on the x axis), so I'm wondering if there is also a way to change the actor's speed according to their y axis as well? (I did notice though, when you did this through events, the animation is slower which is not what I want haha. So if the actor could be slower, but keep the same frame-rate?) Thanks!

    Binding pictures to maps

    Hey guys, first time posting, so I hope you don't mind me cutting straight to the chase I'm trying to make a little cave with a hidden little area for a secret chest. Basically a hallway and one part where you can go through the south wall and then that part fades in. I've been trying to do that with a picture that shows up and gets faded out, but of course it doesn't automatically bind to the map. So I've been looking on the internet, however while a lot of people say that there are plenty of plugins that bind pictures to maps, I've not been able to get this working so far. What I've tried: TheUnproPro's Parallax Pro: I got it to show the picture as an overlay, but adjusting the opacity doesn't seem to work and it probably doesn't have a nice fade to it. Hudell's OrangeOverlay: I can make it a par image and have it show up, but I cannot adjust that image in any way once I put it in the notes for the map. You'd probably think it would work with the plugin commands using it as a fog (it has a fade duration and everything). But nothing happens if I try it that way. Galenmereth's TDDP_BindPicturesToMap: Just gives me "TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined" on startup. People say there are plenty of plugins that can do this out there, but I've only find the above three so far. Also I could perhaps make it so that every half a second picture gets shifted a little by getting the size of the map and the position of the main character and then just pinpointing where it should be, but honestly that sounds like the difficult path that would cause me headaches every time I try something like this. (However, if there's a super easy way in vanilla rpg maker to do this, do tell me :b) Now, I'll be the first to admit that I did RPG Maker 2003 a long time ago and finally after moving back to windows wanting to dive in again, so I have not had too much experience regarding plugins. But I think I got a reasonable understanding of it. However it just doesn't seem to want to work, so if anyone could help me get it to work with one of the above mentioned plugins or another plugin, that would be an absolute life saver o.o This should be extremely easy to do, right?     Can't understand this plugin...Help!

    Hello. I was wondering if I could get some help understanding this plugin. It is called Orange Time System. For people who haven't heard of it, it is used to create a time system in a Rpg Maker MV game. Basically, all I want is a demo for this plugin because there is no longer one available. If any of this seems confusing, please let me know. I appreciate any help on trying to figure this out. This plugin would really help me in the long run of my project.
