I'm looking for more modern clothes and wanted to ask if anyone could recommend something. I'm especially looking for everyday clothes for NPCs and something along the lines of cocktail dresses or similar dresses for a casino theme. I hope that others who are also looking for something like this will find it faster this way. Thanks for all your efforts in advance.

I've had trouble finding dragon sprites i use for my characters, the ones I have found are kinda generic and bland. My game has nearly every character, npc and otherwise, as dragons, so the lack of availability hots pretty hard. I've searched through as many resource sites I could find, and not found anything that suits my needs, so I was hoping either: -Someone could supply me with character generator resources that create dragon sprites, such as a body template. <-- (Preferable) or -Someone could edit existing dragon sprites so they resemble sprites similar to teh Actor RTP sprites included. My pixel art skills are, for lack of a better word, terrible, and I would appreciate a nod in the right direction.

[Character Generator Parts] Need Face Clothing parts to match these Sprite Parts
wariolandgoldpiramid posted a topic in Requests
I'm using the following Character Generator parts for casual clothing, created by Umidori. However, they don't actually come with parts for the Face Graphic, so I'd like to request the necessary parts to match with the Face. Here are the links to the sprite parts: male: http://tm.lucky-duet.com/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=238&sid=c7358fdbd5b65c57be6d5296cef187f5 female: http://tm.lucky-duet.com/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=399&sid=c7358fdbd5b65c57be6d5296cef187f5 -
MV Character Generator Parts - Casual Clothing
wariolandgoldpiramid posted a topic in Requests - Archives
I have tried searching for this, but I wasn't able to quite find what I'm looking for. I need some additional parts for the generator. Specificly, more casual, real-world-ish clothing, such as T-Shirts and Jeens, for both Male and Female characters. I'm sure something like that has already been made, but I did some searching and couldn't find anything I liked. Any help would be apretiated -
Hi there, Currently I'm working long term on a 2D character CG generator called Mannequin which is available for early access through itch.io Basically it's a template-based character generator in which you just mix and match components, adjust some colors, and done. At its current state it's more suited for VNs in my opinion, but someone on Tumblr pointed to me that this could be useful for RPG Maker games as well, so I thought maybe one of you will be interested. In the long shot, it's actually planned to be a general-purpose generator for any kind of anime/manga-styled games though, so maybe we're already going through the right direction? Anyway, here are some screenshots of it running on Windows, Ubuntu and Mac: Let me know what you think. Thanks!

Hi! ( ^..^)ノ I'm making a request after a long time. :3 Also, I'm not really sure if it goes here though, so just in case; please forgive me. ^^' I've somehow messed with the character generator files of VX Ace, and also lost the backup. But I now I want the real files back... So I'd like someone to upload the original (not altered) folder of generator's files, both faces and sprites. It would be great if anyone is willing to help! Thanks for your time. (=´∇`=)

Are you sick and tired of having a rat tail, when you just want spiky hair? I know I am. So here is my edit, SpikyhairNOrattail. It's a unique resource, so it won't replace the other one, you know. In case you dig the rat tail. An example sprite; Kirito from the Fairy Dance Arc of SAO. And here are the files. Just unzip and copy to the Generator folder! Enjoy!Spiky Hair NO PONYTAIL RMMV Generator.zip

So, I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but... I want to make a game set on an alien planet. I like the hair, eye colors and other things in the generator, I can live with the fact they look kind of ''earthly''. But I hate that you only get the option for 4 skin tones. Does anyone know a generator that has more skin tones or a way to import more skin tones in RPG Maker VX Ace? Thanks! Cheers, Qwourtz

As you can see, it's the same hair, same base, same eyes, same nose. Just a different mouth with some different colours. I think there is some emotion to them even though the don't have eyebrows. I've been working on this every now and then. Unfortunately I've become rather cynical with the idea. One moment I'm added three things out and the next - I'm taking five away because I don't think it has the same quality. Seriously I need an iron-clad list. But I'm pleased! It's becoming more like an emoset generator! Still I'll need to keep going. I've not done eyebrows yet. I've only one set of eyes and nose. When I think about it like that -- I think I've not done much. HOWEVER! Everything is okay for the moment. As in, no more bombshells of layers or messes created by my lack of understanding from them. Woop! Ears are . . . okay for the moment. I ended up deleting half of the bases and then stuck this cut-out onto the Ear layer. Since the "Ears" layer is at the back it should look okay and if, say, hair goes over it -- it's fine. It's fine. Thankfully! I've decided to make two types of hair the ones where both ears will definitely show, the other (such as the image above) will hide. This means a little less customization but, I'm not entirely sure if it's possible (or at all efficient) to try and tinker with ears and bases and hair when I'm still working on foundations of the base. Hair however is tricky. I'm lucky on the fact I have the character portraits to use, I just need to resize them so they stay as clear as possible. It's really just a cutting out job, with a very minute eraser to make sure nothing else is placed in. GIMP has had a strange compulsion to suddenly just scroll down the layer box, as in constantly so I can never scroll back up. I have to restart the problem for it to cut it out which can lead to me just closing it and never bloomin' opening it again. Once I've cut out the hair -- I'll probably have to get started on the Mini area, but really, only need a few tweaks here and there. I'm not stressed about that at all. Nope. I know the hair has some stray pixels and whatnot but I've decided to do those small edits nearer the end. I can spend most of my time taking away one or two brown pixels here or yellow pixels there or I could be making content. I'll make the content then run over it with erasers and smudge tools to make it look its best.

I am thinking of implementing a gambling system and level generator for my game and I want your opinion.(Full details on what I mean below) Gambling System: I am thinking of having a vendor who sells gambles,in other words there will be different price classes so you don't get anything overpowered for no cost. E.G: For 500 Gold you might get a potion, battle axe etc... and have better stuff for higher price classes but also have the risk of getting nothing. Level Generator: Think Diablo 2. The areas differ with each playthrough, let's say with your first character the areas are: A,B,B,C,A (that's how one area look in terms of mathematics) Then with the second character the same area might be: C,C,A,B,B Short version: each time you create a character the area might differ. I want your opinion on this also tell me if you want to learn how to do this. I hope I expressed myself clearly,if not then please tell me what you don't understand and I'll try to phrase it differently. Kind Regards, Erik Zetrov

Update: I wanted to show the skin variation along with some emotion... although without eyebrows that is rather difficult. Still, there is a face! Woo! As you can probably tell, edited the picture in GIMP purely to show some of the other skin tones. I refuse to acknowledge Mini/Clothing just yet hence some of the generator is missing. Another thing you've probably noticed is the whole "no ears available" with that blank space. I'm worried, a little, actually. Ears, in terms of how the generator layers them is apparently BELOW the BASE, which is awkward. I'll have to manually delete areas of the BASE (which still has the ears on it as you can see above) and hope that it won't make chunks of transparency. I'm still on mouths, believe it or not. I assume I'll have about 40 by the end of this. Forty. E-mer-gwad. I'm looking forward to completing those eyebrows though... which is a bizarre sentence without context. So, I suppose I'll give y'all the run-down. Problem-Areas: Ears, Hair, Quick-Areas: Noses, Eyebrows Easy (but time consuming)-Areas: Eyes, Bases, Mouths I've not even touched the clothes or the Mini area so I won't be saying anything about them just yet.
