Playtest not reflecting changes made to events. Bugged? Plz help

I am experiencing some serious issues with the playtest, and not sure even if it is the playtest or if I'm doing something wrong. And if it is the playtest, how do I go about fixing this so that I can progress with my game and make sure everything is working properly? (Which it seems it is not?) This really only started happening today. Here's the scenario: I will put in or change commands, often simple ones, and they will not trigger in the playtest. These are usually simple movement commands which I've double, triple, quadruple checked and they either will not trigger at all, or they will simply stop working mid playthrough, or only some of the commands will work. Sometimes text will not trigger. I will restart the program or my computer and sometimes it will work but often not. In this particular example, I've added some screenshots of my most recent event window. In it, everything will play through until the last part, and then BeauTheBully just doesn't walk away. Have I done something incorrect or is there any reason he should not execute these movements? There is nothing in the way of his path. This is just one of several examples. I guess I'm wondering if in fact I am even doing something wrong, if not if it's the RPG Maker itself that is bugged, or the playtest? Is there a solution to this because thus so far I cannot progress. I am a week and many hours of worktime into the trial with intent to purchase, but I need to know that this isn't an issue that is going to keep occuring before I do. Thank you for any input, I'm fairly frustrated and confused right now.-

rpg maker 2k3 Help needed with autotiles and walls

heya, i never expected to see myself posting on here when most of the questions i wanted to ask were already answered, but here i am regardless so, in a test project im working on, im trying to create a "border" effect along the walls, as shown in the screenshot below, courtesy of yume nikki and yume 2kki. circled is the part im talking about i made a new map inside yume nikki to try and test the border out and see if i should try and make similar sized borders to my own game, but came across a problem the walls don't flow uniformly. is there a fix to this? i've been dealing with this for over 2 days nonstop, using various methods, to no avail, and i'd be lying if it wasn't driving me insane. any and all help is greatly and sincerely appreciated. -
So basically my idea is an animal crossing type house customization system. Is there any good way to do it without loads and loads of variables? Any help is appreciated!

She is met with many dangers, obstacles, and a mystery that needs to be solved. Genre: Horror and Little Romance Current Game Progression: Demo is 5-10% done Recruitment: Digital Artist Sprite and Tileset Artist Scripter Music and Sound Effects Artist- position taken Setting: The setting of the story begins in a normal metro station in the city of Taipei Taiwan. As the story progresses, Naya Ambrosius will travel through alternative universes, dimensions. Dimensions include an ominous and creepy metro stop/mall, twisted and gory slaughter house, monster filled universe, a place of shattered memories, and some other settings are still being thought up of. Story: Naya Ambrosius, a 15 year old girl, finds herself trapped within a haunted metro station. Her only hope of escape is to travel through many twisted and horrifying dimensions and universes to solve the mystery causing her to get trapped within these universes by a mad man and his sick daughter. As Naya travels throughout dimensions she meets a boy and a young girl who accompany her on her travels. Through all hardships and challenges the boy and Naya fall in love, but this love will possibly become Naya's own downfall. In the end, will Naya make it out happy or sad and tattered. It'll be up to the player's choices to decide her fate! Age: 15 Bio: The worlds biggest scaredy cat. Naya's lover and significant other. Runs away from any form of danger. Even though he is a giant wimp he will still fight for his friends if needed. Very determined. Survival expert. (Personality mostly based off of Eren Jeager from Attack on Titan.) Has Brown short hair and brown eyes. Leila ?????? Age: 10 Bio: Creepy girl. There is something very suspicious about her. She is very weak and frail. Likes to play. Is very shy and reserved. Doesn't talk much. She has crystal blue eyes and long blond hair. Wears a very frilly Victorian style lolita dress. Always keeps a stuffed bear in tow. Will be a very key character in the story. Has very pale skin. sometimes shows murderous tendencies. Hi All, I am currently working on an analog touch pad, but it seems i hit a dead end. I hope you guys can scan my code and help me finish it. Currently I was able to move the stick inside the circle pad, but the i drag the cursor out the circle it got stuck. I tried getting the closest point within the circlepad with respect to the pointer outside the circle pad, but it didnt work the way expected it to work.
