Hi all! I'd love feedback on my logo for Legends of Adrigal!
Phil-S posted a topic in Artwork Gallery
I'm actually pretty proud of what I was able to come up with, if only because of my limited digital art skills and modest knowledge on adequate logo design. However, I would very much like to hear what you guys and gals think of it. I have a transparent version that's a black logo, and as you can see, one set against a black background so I could use a white version of the logo. I hope this is at least competent to you folks! Thanks for looking at my topic! -
I am planning to make a game title logo shop for a small cent, so I can pay a few things in my life and probably to buy some stuff, and thinking perhaps making custom logo for anyone would be nice. These are two of my works: Note that these are samples: What do you think?

So basically I'm in need of help on making a title name similar to this: The game title I have in mind is Ragnem Savior. I can provide the logo/crest if needed. If anyone would consider this, I'd be most grateful. Thank you~

Does having two different game logo considered inconsistent?
Mysticphoenix posted a topic in Theory and Development
Can a game have more than one type of logo? One for a title screen, and one for popping up after a game introduction cutscene. example : Assuming the game's name is "Magic" Here is the first logo. This one is for the title screen. And there is... This one shows up after the game intro. Does this considered inconsistent? Should I use the same logo for these two situation?- 5 replies

I started some preliminary design work today on the title logo of my first game, "House of Virtue." I think I have the basic idea of what I want, at least when it comes to the general shape. 1. 2. 3. 4. The "of" seems to be giving me the most trouble; I'm not certain which iterationI like best, although I'm leaning towards #1. I haven't settled on a color pallet for the title screen yet, so I was just trying out a few combinations at the moment to give me an idea, but I'd be happy to hear thoughts on that as well. Just for some basic background, in case it is helpful: "House of Virtue" is going to be a gothic survival/puzzle horror game, with some heavy Puritan overtones. (Think Nathaniel Hawthorne.)

Whilst taking a break from script writing (narrative script that is, on to the fourth draft now), I decided to resolve the problem I'd been having with a logo design once and for all. Two days of work, I finally managed to zero in on a handful of variations. They're pretty similar and I have favourites, but I thought I'd post them here and see what people think.

So I decided to make a Map name logo for an Island in my game. I just thought I'd upload it for people to share their thoughts and opinions. I'll accept any form of constructive criticism! I think i did a pretty good job and I hope you all like it!

Hello! Enter, enter - c'mon in mes chéris!~ Riz here, badly in need of your ever existing opinions. I'm on that one never ending quest to improve and you could help me. (: I have been spending some time trying to make logos, yet feel like my progress is going backwards. I feel the crowd is naturally not meddling in other people's requests, yet I am in need of some advice. The logos I believe to be 'so-so' often receive the most positive comments against my expectations! The other way around it happens as well, the logos I think are above my average are generally edited into oblivion. If you would be kind enough to unleash your opinion with some explanation I would be really happy.<3 I just want to understand what people are thinking from an outside perspective since it never seems to match what I think. So what logos do you like, or dislike, and why? My opinion is always so opposite. *Note 1: Not all of these logos use the backgrounds I added. I often get told the color of background the logo will appear on and use it. Besides, their outlines wouldn't show if I posted them on an all-white site background. ^^; **Note 2: Just in case! Some people seem to have some confusion about logos vs. wordmarks. A wordmark is the distinct text typographic treatment. The graphics, vignette, graphic mark, emblem, etc. is everything but the text. So if you were to say "you could use pretty text only", it would no longer be a logo but a wordmark.
