  1. This game may not be for everyone, please read the Crazy Chimp Collective Tolerance Advisory for more information! The very fabric of reality begins to fray as conflict spreads to engulf the realm, its erstwhile rulers fade and wend t'wards the morrow- bleak and despoiled. Ever traveling, searching for a way to avert the coming of the end. Planets, Stars and Moons all do naught but make it seem in vain. Do not forsake it, the legacy they leave you. A calamity comes to serve as shallow comfort in lieu of cosmic deletion. A bitter choice between a transient existence and an infinite hell. In that morass of sadness and sacrifice, find your truth. Use that truth to lead the way that others may follow. Demo Coming December 2022 Raised by a single father from youth to the cusp of Womanhood, three girls enjoy a life of luxury on an unusually shaped Island on a World called Vahnus. One day, one of the Sisters notices the Sun of their world is shrinking, but despite a track record of being wrong in terms of apocalyptic prophecy, she is not given much credit. But it isn't long before she and her sisters find themselves plunged deep within a conspiracy that is bigger than all of them. The Sun Soon would set on this mortal world. A compelling onslaught of tricky twists, trifling turns and charming tirades. This is Project Fantasia. In a universe similar to our own but different in many ways, awaits a menagerie of magnificent worlds to explore and peoples to meet. The rules of the cosmos are strange, yet can be bet or broken... A malleable form from which only the secrecy of its nature stops it from being a utopia. The administrators who are often refered to as "The Twins" deem this universe a mistake, and seek to rectify it's deviation. Of monkeys and fae, of elves and gods. The world is a fantastical blend of sci-fi and culture pronounced in a way that feels genuine and yet alien. The features are many and the bullet-hell combat is an intense ride with magnetic music and crazy mechanics to help up the ante! However, if you don't wish to be challenged to a degree you can't yet face, there exists a story mode to help make the story more prominent. - Fast-paced action combat, with lots of bullets, color mechanics, maneuvers and gear progression to make it more manageable. - Relatable well thought out characters with a lot of dynamic appeal and charm. -Intense conspiracy-based story that grounds the game from the first moment and keeps you there to the last. -Explore several planets and recruit heroes to join in the Final Battle of Freedom, some places and heroes you may recognize, some... not so much! -Alike most of the CCC's games, we intend Fantasia to be easy to grasp even if you've never played one of the others in our line-up. -Well thought out cinematics that have pushed my abilities (and Vegas Pro's stability) to their limits. -A Brilliant Musical Score by a Composer who is incredibly talented. "You lost the moment you let her live." "Above the jungles of Haven floats Spaceport 9, upon which a crisis recently occurred!" "There is no mercy Power thinks to harbor, you... are on your own." "A visit to the past reveals the trauma a decade suppressed." "An instigator, but not an assassin." "The Ruler of Wisdom questions the authenticity of an Evil God's words."

    Manoss (Demo)

Manoss is a visual novelistic game with a few point and click puzzles in it. The game is mainly story-based with choices that can change the story. In the Glodju faction, Indigo is an ordinary person simply wanting to live his life, until something unexpected happens that may change the course of the faction's way of life. Go through the perspective of this character in order to figure out what's going on and maybe stop it. Credit to Starbird Resources, Whtedragon, Com_sho, and WispyVee for the tile sets. 5. Hello everybody! I'm Novem, also known here as Obrusnine or The Nine. I have been developing Erebus: The Crime Project for the past six months, a Danganronpa-inspired mystery visual novel set in the far future (though, to be honest, it doesn't feel like it most of the time). After hundreds of hours (about 300 I think by now, I've lost count) of work writing, developing, and testing... I'm finally ready to show off the completed prologue here in my old favorite community. Because this time, instead of disappearing randomly, I'm going to finish something! That's why I made sure to finish this entire 2-3 hour slice of the game before I posted here, though luckily I've been able to solicit help from the Danganronpa subreddit for a few things (though, this time around, I've tried mostly to rely on myself). But that's enough about me and the journey to get this far, let's get into the game! NOTE: At current, the game is ~11.1 percent complete. NOTE 2: The game will be released in an episodic fashion, one chapter at a time until the game is complete. You will be able to carry your saves between chapters. NOTE 3: If you're interested, I'm writing a tie-in novel for this game and can share it chapter by chapter as I release it through PMs (I can't post it publicly as I plan to sell it once it's done, but I hand out digital copies of my books to anyone who asks). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT MATURE CONTENT All screens taken from Male POV because I'm lazy.

  7. Coffee is good, but did you know Rags to Riches is an overused trope in many disney-style fairy tales? Forget that. While in college, I wrote a large collection of fairy tales, all of which are satires of traditional fairy tales. I have two collections of ebooks on amazon of them, they seem to be doing well, so I thought I would make a visual novel. Rags to Death: Abstract: Genre: Recruitment: at the moment, I and my team are not looking for anyone to join up. Game Time: about 15 minutes, there is no save function right now, and it is possible to fail the game without receiving a game over screen. This will be corrected at a later date. Story: Character Bios: (This will take some time) Ama: One of the sisters of the storms, resides in the realm above. Ayvdaqualosgv: The Thunder Being that shaped the planet into what it now is, resides in the realm above in a vow of silence. Brother Ottoes: Understudy of the Church of Ursula, generally unhelpful. Food Lady: ya, her name is Food Lady lol. Uh, she hands out food. Garnintukin: The Man Root people are laid back, mostly eat butterflies and hide in the woods. Golem of the Torlu Desert: This dude, can play some excellent rock and roll... Oh ya, if he plays music, he looks more human, or what have you. Theodore Jin: The wizard that came to Ursula for some magic supplies. A non-binary gender, and friendly, pays well for side quests. Merchant: Owns the Imporium. His building is not accessible in the demo at current, but it leads to some cool quests later on, and he has lots to talk about. Opifex: A golden poet bird. The story of the Opifex goes with the Messiah of the Worms, hard to explain I guess, as Nord is not a character at the moment, well not until the end game. Svalvb: It's a lion-golem, really doesn't say much. Town-Gaurd: That's how he spells his name. There will be enforcers (like local police) but this dude is more like the National Guard. Credits: YOYO Games LTD - engine KurtBlissZ - programmer Chungsie - story and graphics Kudaaj - OST (not yet implemented) Download Zip: Rags to Death V6.zip Known Issues: The text cuts off in places, and there is an area where the dialogue choices do not change text color when hovering over them, leaving some to believe there were no choices there. We are working on a highlight feature for the button list text thingy. There is no save function, however, if you die in the game, when you restart some variables do not reset, the init function is being reworked.
  8. Destiny Chronicles - A Gamer Story [Demo] Destiny Chronicles is a visual novel with RPG elements using League of Legend sprites, icons, and images. Tags: Role-playing Game, Science Fiction, Romance, Mild Violence, Choices Disclaimer: I reiterate that that sprites, icons, images, and music belong to League of Legends from Riot Games, Persona 4,3,2 from Atlus, Devil survivor from Atlus, Yugioh FM from Konami and The King of Fighters from Snk. 10. Most genres have progressed or have the capacity to progess as a form and I'd like to discuss whether VN's form is inherently inhibitive in this regard. I think the best way to preface this discussion is to actually define 'form': Form is sort of like a framework; its the underlying rules that structures the content. To give an example, poetic form would be things like the rhyme scheme, the metre, the number of lines per stanza, the number of stanzas even. Most games alter mechanics sufficiently to differentiate between them, heck, most sequels even. VN's, on the other hand, are a pretty flat experience. Some VN's let you make one decision every couple of hours and that's about it for gameplay. This is the basis for most of the debate against even considering VN's as 'games'. Since there was little way to progress as a form via gameplay the more advanced VN's started to add voice-acting and short animations but these seem counter-intuitive to the idea that these games are 'novels'; more so if these features are developed upon further or become uniform for the genre. VN's would become more comparable to films. So, here, I'd like all you wonderful game developers to gather around and discuss whether it is possible to improve this poor genre and the means to do so
  11. If you are making games that has to do with animated message busts or you just like to have animated message busts, then this plugin is something you might consider having. This also shows the Picture Motion plugin, which allows you to do Frame By Frame animation, something that you do in Graphic Interchange Formats. OBJECTION! INSTRUCTIONS AND DOWNLOAD
  12. As a general disclosure, I will NOT post any adult materials into this thread. However, there WILL be adult (mature, adults only, etc.) materials within the core playlist. I will NOT include the core playlist, but it can be found on my Youtube profile. Okay, scary stuff out of the way...welcome! I have a lot of romance/dating sim/creepy valentines games to go through. As stated previously, I will only provide games that are not adult in nature here in this thread. This will be similar to 2 spoopy and my Big Fat Stupid Holiday Special. If there are any games you'd like to recommend, I'm certainly open to feedback. Let me know what you like, hate, and all that. First up, we have... For those of you that haven't played this, the game is justified because you are able to "dive" into your reyvateils (robot songstresses) in order to increase your affinity with them, learn new magic, and in general discover more about their emotions, likes, fears, and so on. It is very much a JRPG and feels like a more futuristic version of Atelier Iris. I highly recommend it and it's not super pervy or dirty, so it's pretty well on point.

    "Back" Arrow

Hello! I've got a request which should be quite easy. I'm making a Mystery/Detective/Attorney game and would need a little "go back" arrow for the investigation scenes. It'd be even cooler if you could animate that arrow. Here's an example of how it could look like, but it's up to you. Blue would be a nice color and I'd prefer a comic-like look. Thank you in advance, ~Mastermind
