Custom Title Menu Script

So the title screen menu script I'm looking for is the style that I could use a "custom" image for the New Game, Load Game, and Shutdown buttons. In short, I would like to remove the window skin with the new game, load and shutdown and replace it with a custom

image that says "New Game" etc. How do I do this?

 

I have here an image that I want to use as the "New Game" button, all I ask is how can I use that image.
