Just one critique: since the letters get darker in the middle, the vines in the background claim more attention and it can be a little hard to read. Tsarmina 2,612 Posted October 29, 2013 Oh! I heard about that game (though I don't remember where, wah). It's beautiful! I love the coloration (Blue again I see ) and the little texture swirly decorations inside the letters that make them look almost vortex-ish. Mixed with melted glass. Lets both strive to grow with every logo we make. But im sure you will improve over time No real recognition? in what concept, I have terrible vision and yet I can actually tell what each of the logo's are. I think it's purely a matter of preference but I feel that the word "simple" isn't the word you are looking for moreso "clean". A lot of other artists on this forum designs logo's that are similar in design with a clean succinct feel. It's quite a popular style here. Another example of some beautiful clean and "simple" (to put it in your terms) is work by Cecillia some lovely clean and simple designs similar to some of the Logo's that Ciruscat has here! 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

seriouscat 347 Posted April 21, 2014 Yes you are correct Tsarmina! Good eye! We tried to hide the letters as wings but ultimately they ARE the letter "b" it holds a very special meaning to us both. But im sure you will improve over time There are so many effective logos out there that only use fonts so saying "only working with fonts is not a good idea" is incorrect and not helpful at all. Simple logos are also the most effective so "too simple" is also incorrect and not helpful at all. I'd like to know some thoughts behind your "no recognition" comment as on it's own - also not helpful.
