Sorry, I just saw it :< I've been horribly busy myself, as you can tell the Lab hasn't been updated for almost a month because I've been suffering under the realms of the school. ;_; I'm glad you have time to develop your game though!

 

Right now I'm not taking requests because I'm super busy v_v I'm sorry! Maybe when my workload lightens up I'll see if I can help you in any way, but that won't be for a few months.

Just finished my most recent big competition and now I'm off the hook, a LITTLE bit hehe. ....Except my desktop died from a rogue virus that decided to rear its ugly head, so now I have to go through and fix my entire computer and system stuff. =.=" Still, I'm feeling pretty optimistic c: Thank you! I hope you're doing the same :< it's sad to see that you've postponed your project, as you've worked so hard on it.

I don't actually have MV yet, but if you need a resource that would be usable in it, you could probably give me some nice specifications and I could work from there. However, I'll warn you I suck at RTP, so you probably should find someone else if that's what you need. I have a unique style, but the nice part about that is that you can use my hand-drawn work across all engines \o/

It's been a long time since my last actual resource, but here's one!

 

I was working on a tutorial screen for Sugar Sweet today and decided to make a nice wooden board as the background. It's actually a blown-up version of part of the wooden sign in the RTP Outside_B that I retouched to make high-res again (and a little worn on the edges!)

Yep. That's wood alright  I've made photo realistic wood on several occasions. I've never really had to make an artistic looking wood texture. Unless you count small little 32 x 32 pixel art for sprite sets. I think I'd want to use a tablet to get those nice long brush strokes. So much easier than using a mouse. I like how you made the edges rough. Makes it look at tad weathered. That or someone ran out of sandpaper.

Ooh, I feel like working with a mouse would be really tough ._. I love my tablet to death and don't know what I would do without it. Thanks! I think it's more of wear and tear rather than the sandpaper--I think nonsanded wood would be more prickly looking XD
