Speaking of icons, I got some time to create some today. Most of them are RTP recolors, but the row third from the bottom contains icons that I made. (Notably, the sucky-looking ones.) I also put my recolors/icons with the original RTP set so it's easier to transfer to your games.

The third row from the bottom is mostly mine. The little red shawl is an RTP edit (not a recolor), the orange dress is half edit and half hand-drawn, and the key lime pie, banana, lemon, lime, and strawberry are also completely mine. My icons are pretty bad right now, but I'm working! ^-^

I have a lot of updates for you guys...and when I say that, I mean a LOT of updates. Be prepared.

 

First, to Jeff, here's your Kirito-based guy WIP.

I didn't mean to make him exactly like Kirito, so I just sort of based him off of him. I've named him Agenmon. ^-^ Check off concept and I'll keep working per usual.

 

Secondly, to Sughayyer, here's a WIP of Lucy.

She's not too complicated in the making, so yeah. Basic concept also, check off and I'll resume my work on her too

 

Here are even more sprite generator/parts/pieces/what have yous for you all.

 

That's all for today, now I have to start working on less-fun stuff. T^T

Tsar, can you even do anything wrong? He's awesome! I'll be sure to use him, of course I need him to be young and older, preferably the younger done first.

Wonderful so far.

(The younger is preferred to get done first so I can get more work done on my game with him having finished art)

Sadly I already have a name for him, as he's the main character of my game, but Eunike will keep that name.

Younger one done first? All righty, so be it I have a LOT of trouble with guys, so I spent like two hours googling up reference images and trying out like eight different bangs/fringe styles. =.=" And eyes ARRGGGHHHH they're so hard on guys T_T

 

I'll stop complaining. 

 

Okay, I guess he's changing names lol. (I tend to name my people for organization's sake, but sure! )

Well the only reason he turned out well was because of all the research and research and research and research and referencing x 800000 that I did. I had like four different Google pictures open at once, trying to put them all together--I made him a big hand-drawn mixture of Kirito, Kagamine Len, and two random manga guys without official names. =.="

I almost never put my artwork out before, at least I didn't broadcast it.  If people happened to notice that I was sketching or inking or whatever, or saw me on my computer with my tablet hooked up to it, that was normal, but I never honestly put my artwork outside.  Or even on the Internet really lol, except maybe with closer friends.  It's really nice and sweet to be getting compliments from people because it's like a new realization seeing how many people there are out there and how nice people can be, thank you :')

The cutesy lil icons that don't look anything like the RTP ones? Address me however you want! I've gotten like three or four different names now, apparently. (I literally laughed for a solid five minutes at the "my mind is blown blah waffles" part XD WAFFLES??? I LUUUUV WAFFLES *Q*)

 

Really? I procrastinate all the time! It's like built into my being haha. Still *shakes finger in the air* procrastination is something that needs to be shoved from the world of humanity forever!!

On a side note guys....IT'S SNOWING!!!!! Sometimes I like snow, sometimes not, but for some reason I am LOVING the snow we're getting right now (aaahhh snuggles cuddles happy squishy soft lovable hot cocoa warm bed fireplace peppermints (wait I don't like mint....) teddy bears stuffed animals goodness :D )

Got a few updates today, not really major ones but whatev =^-^=

Updated iconset:

The only changes are the uncompleted bottom row..the dress with the silk wrap is a dress/scarf combo that I edited, the sunflower thingy and the bow are both minor edits, the pencil is a major edit (yes, it is an edit ) and the pink bow is a recolor of my edit. Phew! Pixels still aren't my thing, I think.

 

Also, I'm working on a group picture to hone my rusty full-body skills--haven't done one of those in a while! Looks like I still haven't lost my touch, though, so hooray. It's a big group picture of the twelve members of the rebel organization the Black Star...who are part of my novel/game. So no, you haven't heard of them. Reminds me a bit of the revolt in Les Mis, it's mostly composed of a ragtag bunch of capable but outnumbered YAs. Of course you can tell I only started this pic, the grainy bits are scanned in pieces that I haven't "inked" yet--and I haven't decided on outfits either, so no, they're no like a nude colony or anything lol.

The file is like 3000x2000 pixels at 300 ppi resolution, so it's pretty large. (I'm planning on making this a group "photo," but their individual pictures are also going to be full pictures.  And their torso-to-head parts can actually be perfectly-sized portraits! Crazy, right???). So it's taking a while =.=

I think you can click to enlarge, because the thing was like dinosaur-sized.

Across the top: Louisa, Pharhan, Sana, Lisbet, Safire, Azalea, Magnolia, Max, Susie, and Nemesis; across the bottom Dawn, Beau, Felix, Alicia, and Alexis.

As you can tell I'm going for a more matriarchal thing here, and there's a backstory for that...but for now enjoy the prospects of something big in the future! ^-^ And here's a full of Sana, just because I LOVE her foot position.

The poor girl is so short she has to wear heels to be as tall as all the other people. *shakes head*

 

Anyway, I'm going to keep working on that. Expect regular updates on our friends in the Black Star~ (and if you have any questions on them feel free to ask)

Apologies for double post. (or technically triple post.) I have a good bit of update to contribute, some of it actually useful resource-wise.

Ariel emoset is going to be HUGE, but here's part of it that I decided to do today:

 

 

Uh...yeah. As you can see a lot of them are practically the same, just with mouth differences or eyebrow differences...oh well I'll be adding more later \o/

Also, here's an update on our friends in the Black Star group pic. I'm almost done linearting--I still have the three guys and one girl to do (of course I leave the guys for last) and I'm thinking of using Xander/Agenmon's bangs on one of the guys because I love them XD

As you can tell most of them are done but still need editing LOTS of editing. Looks like Nemesis is in need of heels too, but at least she's tall~

We get snow sometimes yes, sometimes no. We just happened to get snow and the entire city practically freaked out haha.

The group photo is SOOO much fun to do XD Of course I'm probably going to suffer when I start coloring each and every single person right down to meticulous detail, but I always enjoy sketching. ^-^

If the edits are easy enough, I guess I could try...but I still stink at human sprites, so if you're looking for that, that chemical experiment in the lab could blow up in a big way and char my hair. XD
