I think that instead of a 4-frame you could do an 8-frame movement, so the cycle can be longer. Or, to "fix" the curling animation, try moving the arms in a different direction.

Thanks. Right now, without animation they are still useful for like in-menu pics of the characters.

I've still got to work on my animating skills so these are far from complete.  Eight frames seems a tad high but I think you are right.  I may need an extra frame or two.

By all means, nitpick!  Otherwise I'd overlook little details like the head cutoffs.  It helps add that extra bit of polish.
