Haha is that the Ice animation? You're right, it's great! Very simple and elegant. Although, I think there's too much space between the K and the A in Kakoku, it feels a bit odd to me. Try putting them closer together.

Hi ArcticGold :)

Design wise, your title screen is good. But you have to take in consideration your other players. You used a romaji of a Japanese Title, right? Not all players would understand what it would mean. So, I advice you to put a small font below the title that would translate the title in English. This is to have your English speaking players remember the title of your game.

That aside, the art is nice.

ArticGold:

Okay lang, kasi hindi lang English players ang maglalaro ng game mo. May mga ibang hindi nakakaintindi ng Romaji.

Trans:

It's okay, its because the players will not all be English players but players that may not understand Romaji.

Do you make title screens animated. Sorry but seeing as you ignored my post the first time I must ask again. I didn't offend you so you shouldn't ignore me afterall I took time out of my life to help you in yours. I may not know romaji but I'm still a human being.

Looks really good.  But the O between KOK in Kakoku is too close to the K on the right and same with NSO in Senso, the S is too close the the N compared to it's space with the O.  So fix the kerning and it'll be even better :P

Also not really sure if I'm seeing it wrong but if that's a white inner glow, I think it'd look better with a light blue tint to make the ice crystal in the bg.

An animated title screen is basically one that moves or has animations on it. Check out Moghunter and Hanzo Kimura animated title screens. :)

It's ok, I just don't like being ignored, I'm alive and not a robot, my thoughts could be of benefit to you, so when I DO talk to you or others, appreciation my effort to communicate with you.  Anyway I'm sorry for the confusion, I was asking if you did animated title screens, like they move or show something animated.

Mog and Hanzo, I know about their work. I don't know Mog's terms of use and Hanzo is a inspiration, I perfer he taught me his skills. As the Bible says "teach a man to fish and he'll never grow hungry". I don't like being a burden and perfer Hanzo teach me that way I can "fish" for myself and IF I ever get good enough I can help him and everyone else.

The stroke is a bit big for my liking, but I suppose it works. You may want to consider using a Drop Shadow with distance

set to 0 instead of a huge freakin' stroke.^^

The 'War of Countries' is also in an awkward position, but I don't really know where else to put it. :P  That's just the way

your title turned out, and I don't think it was meant to have a subtitle. But that's just my opinion! It still looks good!

The trademark is also a bit extraneous, as I'm sure nobody will be itching to steal your title's name once it's been

released haha.

If I were to make immediate suggestions, I think the top of the logo (right above Koku) could use some Japanese translation,

but not everyone wants that in their logo and that is understandable.

Lastly, the ice looks cool, too. You may want to give it a gradient overlay to exaggerate the text a bit, and maybe even a light

stroke or glow. Alone, without any blending options, it looks a bit bland. But again that's just my opinion! I'm picky when it

comes to this sorta stuff.

If I were to rate it I would give it about a 7/10, but only because it looks rather bland with the plain text, the pasted-in ice spike,

and the awkward 'war of countries'. Sorry if I'm being harsh, like I said, I'm really picky. Plus, that's just the style I like to

work with. You can develop your own style, too!

Despite all the above concerns, it looks really good! Keep up the good work! :)

Oh for the spacing I meant to keep it compressed, so in the KOK, you should have decreased the spacing between the 1st K and the O and slight increase the spacing between O and the 2nd K so the outline in between was more visible.  But the spacing in the new one is much more balanced which is good to me.

Also I'm not sure about that glow seems too strong, I think I liked the non glow better xD but then I like things to be very simple/plain.

Actually, simply placing "tm" on any of your work isn't enough to actually trade mark it. To properly copyright your work, you need to be able to prove when you made it. I mean, if I went and made an exact copy of that logo, if ArcticGold couldn't prove that they made it before I did, then I'd be in the clear. (My conscious wouldn't be, mind, because I'd still know it wasn't my design.)

A simple way of copyrighting your work, however, would be to back up all your data either in the form of print-outs or on discs or flash drives. Then seal them in an envelope, go to the post office and have them date it, stamp it and send it to your own address. That could then potentially be used in court as evidence provided the envelope has remained sealed up until then.

Of course, it's not a fool-proof way of copyrighting your work, but it's certainly a more cost effective means of doing so, and is better than not doing anything at all.

Well, TM can be placed on anything that you've done yourself.  It's sort of a non-official way of saying, "This is mine! :D" If you get the little R in the circle, that's a legal thing and you have to get it legally approved, etc. :)
