Wow; I have/had no idea how rough it is for some of the members here. I'm sorry to hear of the pain some have been experiencing. I hope that you keep making games, and fighting for, or doing whatever else, makes you happy. Believe in yourself; take a breather. You are the only one living your life, so make it the best, and happiest you can. I hope things work out for those who are having a difficult year-- keep on going. Cloudberry, the marsh-land gold! Taste of the divine, how I adore thee. Of all the tastes on all the Earth,

yours is truly the supreme. If tastes were lined as if on a scale, ranking top to bottom, from good to bad, yours

would be on a different scale altogether, running off to the left, igoring the silly uppy-downy-ness of the other

mundane tastes. If there was an argument for the existence of a supernatural dimension, the fact that there is

something as amazing as cloudberries would be it.

What period of my childhood? There were a few, as I recall.

the Spider-Man TV-series, Inspector Gadget, Phantom 2040

and before that, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, all of which

imagine growing up when the Amiga 500 and Commodore 64 were new. When computers

classes. Math too was, and continues to be, fun, but not in the early years. Had a break-thru

around··· 8th grade, maybe? Other than those, programming is a favourite topic now, but

classes back then was, not great. Arts and craft, hey I'm going through all of them, this can't

be right. School was not that much fun for me.

Do you mean, what do my friends like most about me? I always have a hard time answering that question.

I don't know. I'd like to believe I'm a good listener, or at least that I give the impression of being one.

Some consider software piracy theft. I don't. Not to imply that it's something I do regularly, or even at all, anymore.

But had I not gotten that cracked copy of Warcraft III and Frozen Throne, I don't think I would have ever bought it.

Then again, in the fantasy land of some companies and laywers, where potential revenue equal actual money, I'd still

owe Blizzard for the copies I didn't buy, and perhaps then some, because by the time I did buy it it was at a discount.

So, I got to play the game on Battle.Net, Blizzard got their money, and a local store got money from sales. But I'm a

criminal who stole 1½ game? How does that even make sense?

Right now, that would be getting over the mental block I seem to have against exercising, and ridding myself of

this atrocious amount of body fat I'm accumulating around my vital freaking organs! Stupid brain! Do you even

understand how not dying works!? Oh, but candy is soo tasty... Is it? Do you even take the time to feel the taste anymore? ...dude,

stop having internal dialogues on an internet forum. People will think you're crazy.

 

What was the hardest year in your life?

2012. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong that year. Although I probably laid much of the ground work

late 2011. I could have stopped it, and if I ever get my hands on a time machine (and there's where I rescind on that

no-stealing-policy), I will definitely go back and undo everything. Probably by punching my past self in the face. Twice.
