Composer's Block

Been having composer's block lately and would like some feed back on this little ear worm that I made not sure if it's good as is or needs something else

In general or only with this song?

First of, you cannot force creativity so when I feel like that there is nothing to find for today, I just go on with something else, there are other days that a new idea just comes up out of nowhere!
Second, one thing that I ALWAYS advice to people. Stop listening to your music in your studio only! Put it on an mp3 player and do something completely different. Go outside, shopping, cooking... whatever, aslong as it has got NOTHING todo with creating. But listen, and listen closely and carefully cause right then, you are listening as a listener instead of a creator. Your studio environment only lets you think about what should be edited and prevent you from listen to it as what should become a finalized product.

The song is pretty catchy, I sense something modern, maybe highschool, and overworld in it .

Thanks for the advice! I usually put songs on my ipod abd every week change the EQ and I need to stop trying to force it but feeling of creation is too intoxicating >.<
