Are you looking for Ace style? Or manga style in general? Semirealism (ex CG like FF)? There's always the built-in generator, and I'm sure you can use random face creators from online if you need to.

The game has one under the tools section.

There are also a few options, including a compilation of options that comes up if you simply google "RPG Maker VX Ace Face Generator"

 

I think you would do well to play around with the program a bit and get accustomed to its abilities and search around for resources. There are many tutorials and hidden gems that can be found only by messing around and discovering the program as you design.

They're all either:

 

1. Not good.

2. Taken down.

3. the same ones that I didn't like.

Huh. All those face creators? :x Finding an Ace style one isn't easy, since Ace isn't super-awesomely-well-known.

I don't think there are any out there. Most people who make their RTP styled faces edit heavily or mastered the style.

No. There are not any RTP styled face set generators. I have looked before. One does not exist. You either need to request or commission someone who can do RTP styled work to make stuff for you.

Hmm I think there were few RTP style generators,but I just can't find any anymore.I think there is Celianna's generator and I'm quite sure there was one in PSD format.So you would open it up in photoshop and then turn the on the layers for eyes,hair etc.In fact I think that, that one belongs to Celianna,but I'm not sure.Anyway there are RTP style generators they are just hard to find.

Closest thing to semi-RTP is most likely Celianna's face generator or the one in the VX ACE program.

Now that I think about it, the Celianna Generator is good, but I can't find the right hair for my main character (Female).

I'm looking for the one that has 2 pig/ponytails usually worn by tsunderes.

Well, there are so many faces/portraits. :\ They're all RTP style, so I just thought it might be helpful...

 

Hmm. This girl has pigtails, but it's not RTP. (It has a LOT of other faces/portraits though.)

Found something that the OP might like. i have been using it for a while and it makes fantastic faces. link has a tut on how to use it and the description of that vid has a link to it. (it's a .psd) video explains what it is/how to use it.
