Like you try to add a little more fun into walking around the map with the grappling hook. lol Like your mapping; i never thought of using Hanzo's tilesets (or something like that) for a world map, that gives me a great idea. dinhbat3 57 Posted May 10, 2014 (edited) Wow. As everyone has said so far this is great mapping and spriting all around =D I caught a few VERY minor details that I might suggest. 1. Screen 6: World Map - Your compass has a 0 instead of W. Not sure if that was intentional. 2. Screen 6: World Map - Not that proportion is really THAT important on world screens, but the entrance to the cave on the right is huge compared to everything else on the map. 3. Screen 12 & 13: Interior Cave - The mapping is great, but could use a little more details. Maybe some smaller crystals or some sticking out of the walls. 4. Screen 14: Hielo+ - The fallen platypus looks like it is standing. I would suggest a different angle for his body: diagonal, horizontal or on his stomach. The face graphic could also be a bit more drastic, maybe gray it out or put dark X's for eyes. 5. Screen 18: Library - The upper most rug looks a little cut off. I am sure it happens to end under the stone roof to the door way, but extending it one tile may make it look less cut off. 6. General: Timer & Crystal. When you don't have crystals the word kind of sticks out and is floating around... It might make your screen a bit neater to reorient it something like this and place the crystals underneath it. Those are the minor details I noticed when looking through these amazing maps. Most of these are pretty minor. 4 and 5 aren't really issues per se, but I did have to take a second or third look to get what the issue was xD. Great work so far!
